They were very helpful in handling my case and did so with full transparency. The paperwork was sent over in a timely fashion with clear instructions on where to sign and what needed to be done on my end.

This is a fraud, I’ve been waiting 4 months for them and nothing. They keep taking their money but no update on my case and when I try to call they deflect. Shame on them.

Use someone else. They are not clear in what they do, you pay for extra service and you dont get it and then they avoid You. If you ask for more information they threaten you if you question them. Not to mention they Make contacting them almost impossible. you are best to go website and pretend new customer then you'll get someone quickly.They do absolutely nothing extra for you, just step 1 to 5 as example, for US Waiver, it can be done online faster and they do paper version so it's slower.Super disappointed, so please use another service.. I had so much faith and they destroyed it ...

I was extremely impressed with this company as they gave me detailed instructions on completing every stage of my pardon application. The timeline they gave for completion of every stage was almost always on the money. The whole process of the pardon application was less than 1 year and I would definitely refer this company.

Great process overall. After providing the initial documentation required PAC looked after the rest. Timely updates were provided after each milestone through to completion. Positive experience, thanks!

you can do this yourself. I paid them in full. they were suppose to do the job fore you basically it is what you are paying for. they took my money and send my documents in. my documents got refused because I didn't pay a fine of $250 back in 2009, which I know is my fault but while they run around doing the work for you and get your information I am 100% sure they must have known that there was an outstanding fee which I should have paid. now I have to go pay the fine and apply in 5 years from payment. all in all they just robbed me for my money because when I email them they say that it is not their fault? DO IT YOURSELF. IT'S NOT HARD AND ALL THE INFO OF WHERE TO GO AND GET WHAT IS ALL GIVEN BY THE PAROLE BOARD.

Horrible experience,do not use this company. 1. Everything took way too long. They lost my documents, refused the loss ( I took a picture at the post office of everything I sent, with the address. They said they received only partial documents...how is that even possible?) Only upon me contacting them did something start happening.2. Overpriced for the service they provide. This is my mistake as I was desperate and in the heat of a moment. There are companies that provide a far better service, and for half the price.I am not even going to get into all the extras they failed to mention.3. They don't know what they are doing. After enduring the long wait, finally getting my file back, I was not even eligible for a record suspension.You might read my reasons and say you weren't prepared

I started my application back in January 2020 and it took almost three years. It was worth it because PAC took the stress off of me running around the city to obtain these documents. So, for that, I'm very grateful. Received wonderful customer service whenever I had questions or concerns.
