Professional customer service, clean and organized facility. Representative took the time to show locker options and explained contract details. In addition, high security in building, access flexibility hrs and close to my residence.

Very friendly. My unit overflowed and they were very quick to get me a second unit, reassured me it could be short term. Made no comment that I had filled the corridor while staging to the new unit. Great banter amongst the team. Great rapport with myself and other clients as well.

Love how easy the access was 24/7 with an personal entry code. The unit and facilities are super clean!Staff are always friendly, welcoming and informative. Setting up your rental only takes about 20-30 minutes, and I was able to easily cancel mine when I needed to move out.

It's a great experience working with there Public storage. I used their facility in Markham. I am greeted by manager Thill and he is very friendly, polite and explained everything to me in detail. Overall everything was smooth and a great experience.

All the employees were very nice, especially Josephine.She was really patient and helpful during whole process from selecting a unit to choosing the best price that suited our needs to finalizing the documents for our unit.She answered all our questions with a calm and respectful manner no matter how many questions asked.Throughout the process, she gave really helpful advice and reassured us for each worry we had.Thank you Josephine for making our time at Public Storage go so smoothly.

2 X water leak within recent 3 months. It costs more than $5k damage. No one is taking responsibility or no compensation from Public Storage. Rent with your own risk…. on an unsafe building.
