Western RV Country Lethbridge

If I could give 6 stars on this review I would! I needed assistance installing a weight distribution hitch (purchased elsewhere) and they took me in without hesitation. Personable and easy going staff. If you're looking for trustworthy service look no further! The price I was given to install my WD hitch was more than fair. They certainly live up to the expectation of being the best RV place in town.

I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Western RV Lethbridge. All of the people that we have dealt with have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in fixing problems that have popped up. We had some warranty work done and we had our trailer back within a day of booking it in. I love knowing that they are there to help when I have a trailer question. Keep up the great work!

We are on our second trailer from Western RV, and I can say I have never been more disappointed and frustrated in my life.From day 1, the RV door didn't close properly. Was told that a new door would be ordered under warranty. Almost 6 months went by and no word. We found out that the door was never actually ordered some time after. New door was eventually installed, but still did not close.Since then I have been back twice to repair the door and end up with the same results every time. I will be taking my trailer to a third party shop for actual repairs.Be cautious of this dealership..

If ZERO stars were an option, that would be my rating!My first experience with Western RV Lethbridge was when I went looking to purchase a travel trailer. I went into the office and asked to speak with a salesperson. The salesperson told me they had a few trailers in the back lot that fit what I was looking for and to go have a look. That was the last I heard from him as I slowly drove away.I ended up purchasing a used trailer and an extended warranty from the Airdrie location. The trailer had issues that needed service so I took the unit to the Lethbridge location for repair. The repair was under warranty so they fixed" the issue after 3 weeks in the shop. Next trip out

After speaking with Al Ryz, the general manager, we are going to get the service requested done on the trailer. Had it not been for Al I would have left the rating at 1 for Western RV. The service department in Lethbridge Alberta will have to make a much better effort in the future to gain a better rating than I have left this time around. The service department in Lethbridge needs to step up their game.When we first bought our trailer at Western RV in Lethbridge the salesman seem to be friendly and appreciative and fair to deal with. When we purchased our trailer we got $10,000 in extra add-ons which in retrospect now was a mistake but it is what it is. The first time we ever had to have the trailer in for service it took a little while but we got the trailer back in a couple of weeks. We attempted to book the trailer in for an general inspection before the extended warranty ran out. The service manager Ray did not believe we needed to bring the trailer in and that we could perform whatever service needed to be done on our own bu simply just putting some grease into the bearings. I dropped the trailer off under the impression that they would take a look at it the week we dropped it off and it was dropped off on a Monday. After about a week had passed I called back to find out what the status of the trailer was and the service manager Ray said it was going to be a couple more weeks. A couple more weeks have now passed and I contacted the service manager Ray again and he said it's going to be quite a bit longer because they're too busy with new stuff. Apparently customers who have purchased RVs from Western RV in Lethbridge do not hold any importance or standing in actually having service provided to them for the purchase that they made. Based on this alone I would never purchase another trailer from Western RV and I would actively encourage anybody who is looking to purchase a trailer in the future to take their business elsewhere where they have a probably better chance of getting service on the trailer when they want it serviced

We went to eldarado for our first trailer. Now we go to western rv and have had a great experience overall. Super happy with our decision.

Excellent customer service by the Parts Dept ... phoned to ask about servicing, although they are busy, gave names/numbers of local Private shops. Spent time answering beginner RVer questions, and gave outstanding suggestions to check things out on our own to save $, but also there if needed ... Definitely will go here first when ready to buy our next RV!

First RV place that didn't just want to sell us something instead giving us advice on trying some repair options. So appreciated!

Many thanks for helping us buy a teardrop camper and getting us underway. Greg was simply fantastic, as were the other members of this team. Great service and care. We love this camper!
