DK electronics has been looking after my past place of business repairing TVs (we have 20) as they wear out (back lighting generally). They have always done excellent work. I am posting this review as I read some of the negative reviews and want to remind anyone who is reading these that there is 2 sides to 1 story. The complainer normally states his case to his advantage leaving out most of the facts. The business must then fill in the blanks. The lesson in this is to never accept one persons statement without hearing the whole story. Then you can see the whole picture. This company is not a 3.7 average rating business. They are much better than that and I have done a lot more business with them than most will ever do. Keep up the good work DK. I am sending you more business from the new company I work for now.

Very very very poor service.. September 2020Pathetic service. These people are cheaters, charging the inspection cost and then holding my TV for 1 months saying parts are coming. But after 1 month, nothing happens.They will say parts are ordered and it's taking time, but instead they should keep that transparency, so that customer can know how much time will it take.I couldn't buy new one just because these guys keep buying 2 more days from me. It's a limit now. .....

Thankfully DK Electronics helped me dispose of my television! 58 Panasonic 3D TV

We have been waiting for our tv to be fixed for 3 months now, they are still waiting for the parts we are told. We are still paying for this tv, so we're paying for it to sit in there shop. This is very frustrating and for this I'll give one star but Mgd recommend these folks so we went with them but still very frustrating. We just want our tv to get fixed. To be told today that they cannot get the part we need but we found the part ourselves, so why is it so easy for us. It's just the LED lights that go into the back of the tv so we're told anyways. Very Frustrating this is.

Very unprofessional, no value of time , i gave my tv and was advised that they will diagnose and let me know next day ,received no callI called them after 4 days theu said will let me know next dayI called after 1 week , again the same reply next day ,They dont even care to call and provise an update now its almost 10 days and no replyI fear after 30 days the owner will say we disposed your tv as you didn't pick it for 30 days ""

These guys are great! Had factory warranty work done. Both the staff and technician were very pleasant to deal with and friendly quick responses. Perfect rating for DK

I had tv warranty work done. Dropped off the TV and didn't hear anything so I called back a week later and they had completely forgotten to even diagnose the TV, then another week later they finally ordered the parts and 6 weeks later I finally got my tv back. 2 months in total it took. About 3 weeks in they offered my a loaner TV after I called and complained, that's the only reason that it's not 1 star.

Horrible customer service.. I called in to get my stuff repaired.. I got an answer of oh u have to waite 2 months bla bla bla we to busy.. was so rude . He told me he would call me in two months when there free.. he hung up ... im how can he call me back i didnt give my number and name.. I called the manufacturer and get the same answer dk electronics is the only one that can repair it in canada...This place is a joke don't get your stuff repaired by them ..if your tv broke.. just go buy a new one skip these guys.

Professional, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable. Could not have worked faster or been more accurate. So much appreciated to find someone who knew what they were doing !!Do call this place for good service!The two men were in and out within minutes and knew what the problem was.Fixed and finished!Yay!
