Great service and very helpful Staff!!!They have helped us with our small powder room washroom renovations....Me and my husband went to other few stores in the search of the all fixtures for our powder room, but had several bad experiences and lack in customer service...We were so happy when we found Kolani..We were so impressed their overall selection and knowledge.We found exactly what we were looking for...Well made quality products made in Canada within our budget..Everything arrived in the estimated time and we loved it...Highly recommend!!!!!!

Good selection of bathroom vanities, tubs, showers. Good quality, standard prices.I came back last week with the plan to order a 60 & a 70" vanity. But I needed to clear up some details on a glass walkin shower. I approached the same guy that I talked to on the first visit. He was so abrupt with me. He answered a couple of questions very impatiently...then he told me he wasn't my designer...if I want to buy he will make contract up now. He was pushing me to buy and not explain what I was asking. Then he started trying to bully me infront of his 3 employees sitting close by. He said that I have been there 4 times and I told him I have not and asked him why he is acting this way. Saying that I was there 4 times was an intention lie! And he knew it. Even if it was a bad day you still don't take it out on a customer. Spending close to $10k on vanities and glass showers for two bathrooms I wanted to understand how to have a sliding door on a L shape custom shower not just it's $2700 installed and turn your back and walk away."

We went to Kolani in Woodbridge to get a quote on the 4 washroom we were planning to renovating. Looked around the showroom it was well organized and clean, there was plenty of choices and got some ideas what we wanted exactly. Our Salesperson helped us to make decisions and it was really helpful. She quoted us very completing prices with free delivery!!!! We bought all the fixtures from here and took us less than a week to get everything delivered...Highly Recommended Kolani!!!

Great Experience!First off, it was nice to locate a company that ships to entire Canada. I live in Nova Scotia so it is hard for me to find some good and modern stuff. But they have everything on their website and you can order whatever you like.They provide such fast services!! I got my vanities and bathroom fixtures within 15 days. I renovated my house a year ago and I was recommended by a friend to purchase all the stuff from KOLANI’s. She went to the store with me and trust me I was shocked because their showroom is huge and gigantic. Its like living in the world of beautiful vanities and bathtubs.I thought choosing stuff would be easy but at Kolani’s I felt so confused because I liked so many things and I wanted to have them all. Then with the help of my friend and the sales rep working over there I finalized all the fixtures, vanities and bathtubs for my house.I visited 4-5 times before finalizing everything and the sales rep working in the store were like cherry to the cake always so helpful and giving such great suggestions.I am glad that I came across them and even after one year I still love each and every corner of my bathrooms or powder room. I was not able to find the black and gold combination anywhere but I found one at Kolani’s.It was a wonderful experience. I just went to the store and purchased all the BLACK-GOLD fixtures and the best part was that they had everything in stock. I never expected that. I just went for choosing the products but I purchased them the same day.Highly recommend Kolani. Great experience. Wonderful service
