The crew at Impeccable Pools are so helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful and professional. I recently had my pool liner replaced and Chris (Owner) and Josephine were fantastic! The price was fair and competitive, and the delivery time from their manufacturer was reasonable. They installed the liner and it fit and looked perfect! After filling the pool I noticed some water loss and the crew and the Pool Liner Manufacturer's designated repairman were there the next morning to solve the issue (this was a manufacturer defect , not an installation error). Filled the pool and was swimming again the next day. I have dealt with Chris over the past few years on a heater and a Salt system replacement and his dedication to serving the customer hasn't wavered... he consistently exceeds my expectations. Big shout out to the crew at Impeccable Pools! If you want to support a small local business, this is the one ! Look no further for all your pool care needs.

My pump died shortly after having my pool opened. I called impeccable pools and spoke to the owner Chris. He helped me troubleshoot my pump and determined it needed to be replaced. Chris was able to personally attend to my pump replacement within 2 days of the issue arising, this was also during the busy pool opening season. I appreciated having him fit me in so quickly.

Chris and his crew aware very professional and helpful.They did a great job opening and cleaning our pool!Recently we struggled with our pool pump and on a Saturday afternoon Chris was able and willing to walk us through the procedure to prime the pump and get it going.I have used this company for the past 5-8 years and will not go anywhere else.Highly recommended!!

Based on my experience I would NOT use Impeccable Pools for service ever again.I have never been so disappointed with a service in my life! I booked my pool closing and when the team left the work was not completed properly.The cover was not installed properly and was coming off within a week. The water level was not set properly for the cover. The equipment was not winterized properly.When I called the service manager to let them know about this issues he was rude and repeatedly told me well you can just do that yourself".I paid for a service. I want that service or a refund. It is not acceptable to tell me to do it myself.I was told at the end of the call that they would look into having someone come back. No timelines

Very happy with Impeccable and their service. We have used them for multiple years in a row for opening & closing our pools and each time they are on time, quick, and clean. We have had a lot of pool companies in the past we've dealt with and Impeccable and their crews have been the most responsive and friendly that we have dealt with. Highly recommend anyone with a pool in Hamilton, Brantford, Waterdown, Burlington area use them.

After a nightmare year with another installation company, we contacted Chris and the Impeccable Pools Team to help us troubleshoot/repair/teach/and figure out what went wrong with our install.Chris and his Team are unbelievably reliable and consistently have gone above and beyond to help us get our pool up and running after the install company left our site and failed to continually return our messages.Cannot recommend Impeccable Pools enough. If you live in Waterdown, Flamborough, Carlisle, Freelton or surrounding area, this is the company, not only bc of perfect location but also for the incredible, very knowledgeable owners and employees. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, professional and punctual. They are all there to help. I have had so many issues with my pool and hot tub before going to Impeccable Pools. Since going to Impeccable Pools for two years now, and follow every wonderful suggestion and chemical use, we have had perfect water in our pool and hot tub. On opening the pool is crystal clear. Installation of our pool heater was perfect and easy with very friendly installers. On top of all of this, the pricing of chemicals in great. Seriously you will love everyone at Impeccable Pools and will love their service and products. Honest. Nice. Didn't upsell at all. I came in 5 min before close..they tested the water and served me like it was 5 min after opening. Great service
