Terrible experience. All new staff... three guys with unkempt ponytails and dirty clothes - no masks - no plastic gloves . I asked about Denver steak they advertised what kind it was - they did not have a clue?? Very disappointed. Bought their dill pickles- family made??? - Tasted like pure salt so threw them out. No service. The previous staff were kind and respectful - carried out my groceries. Never returning there!

They neec to get their act together. Went out today, Sunday, Oct 2 and they were closed. The website said they were open. Wasted 5-10 dollars in gas!

We buy summer beef sausages, cheddar cheese, local eggs regularly from this place! Highly recommended and nice staff!

Went to this place on the weekend sign on door said 4 person at a time.. not a big deal we have become custom to such rules. As we entered the store whe it was our turn the girl at the cash at the top of her voice said only one person per house hold allowed and was very rude when we told her we were not from the same house. Long story short we left and spent our money where it was appreciated.

I tried to shop here on the weekend. The sign on the door said it had a four person capacity so we waited patiently outside for our turn. Two people left the store so we went in, only to be kicked out before we could shop, since they 'only allowed one person per household '. She assumed, since we knew each other, that we were 'of the same household' So I have no idea what the products are like, since I wasn't permitted to shop, and will never go back. I'll stick with Charles Fine Meats, which has both great products and customer service.

Tons of selection of different unique sauces, jams, jellies, hot sauces and sausages. Great atmosphere. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very warm and welcomingOne of the items we picked up today, it's a must try

Love this butcher shop!! We have been loyal customers for well over 10 years!! You can always count on the quality of meat and cheese (or any prduct) here.The staff are AMAZING!! Always friendly and go out of there way to help you and make sure your satisfied. Highly recommend to anyone to try any of their products .

For the past 15 years, this used to be the place where I would come every month or so to stock up on meat for my family. Last Saturday, however, was the first time I left the store empty-handed. There was nothing on the shelves that day that looked edible. All I saw were blackened, dried-up, unevenly cut chunks of old meat.I noticed that some of the staff members, including the butcher, left earlier this year. I don't know if this was due to some management changes (in my experience this is usually the case), but it doesn’t really matter. All I'm trying to say is whoever is currently running the show should step back and re-evaluate some of their decisions before this business's reputation is completely destroyed.
