I always get fast service from this place. The prices are fair and the quality is decent. I usually choose Print Three over Staples as I can usually get my files printed on the same day, usually within a few hours if they are not too busy. I do recommend giving them a call before heading over as they usually have one person managing the place, and if they're out doing errands or delivery, then there's no one there to assist you. Which happened to me the last time, learn from my mistake. I will now give them a call before running over to do a pick up.

Spoke to a lady over the phone regarding printing of 100 presentation folders and was quoted $2,400 I don't even know how this is possible. I got quoted from 3 other printing shops the same work and it was $400. I'm not sure if we had a miscommunication but that is ridiculous. I have never felt so ripped off in my life and I don't know how they're still in business if this is how they treat first time customers

Wish it could be Zero. Leah is very condescending and rude, plain and simple, not very well educated on what her company offers on its website, and also stated when asked how to get a hold of the owners, (Pat and Marlene) her exact response was that she could leave a message in the office for them whenever they show up because they're not there all the time, nor could she give me an approximate time when they are usually in, hmm, that is very professional. Owners that are unable to be reached by phone or email, only by a message sitting on a desk for God knows how long before it is seen, since that is what your receptionist states. Must be nice to be a franchise partner and have little professionalism. I have plenty more to say but will do so to Print Three Head Office.
