I've been going to this store for over 6 years and I have not once ever been disappointed. The staff are masters of their craft, product knowledge is through the roof and the selection is the best. You walk in and feel like your amongst friends, they make sure you know everything about your device before you leave and are always ready to help with issues. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Thanks for the amazing service.

Staff are great and helpful. It's been a long time since I vaped and they caught me up with everything and showed me how to use the one they recommended. Only thing is I guess the leaking problems are still present and buddy recommended me one that supposedly wouldn't leak as much but it leaked a lot anyway despite my best efforts. Also the fat panda brand juice I got with the vape was noticeably worse than the rest of the juices Ive tried now. I confirmed with a few friend on this issue thinking I had done something wrong or was using a bad coil. It turned out to be the juice. I got the ice cold classic and it was stale and incredibly harsh on the throat. And that's coming from someone who did poppers for years. It was really bad. I just dumped the juice and moved on to different brands.Other than that it's a good place to go to get started I would just recommend staying away from their own brand of juice. I and other friends of mine have found that it's not the best and since most people will get a free bottle of ejuice to start are likely to choose one of theirs I could see how that would quickly and easily turn a potential vaper off from the vapes.

Great place! Amazing workers there. If you're a regular, you defiantly feel at home here. The guys and gals will help with everything you need to meet your standards in a quick manner. They are so energetic and fun. They make this a great place to shop. Would recommend over any other vape shop in Winnipeg.

Always helpful, in and out nice and fast, a few times they haven’t had what I wanted in stock but staff are always great at finding alternatives and giving suggestions for other/new products.
