Worse experience I have ever had. Women working was by far the rudest person ever. She was mean and treated customers like S***. I was returning an item but was within the time frame and the item wasn't used. They lost a loyal customer. Will order what I need online instead of entering that store.

Stock is generally quite good. Worst case scenario you need to grab a different sized bag if you need the exact formula/flavor. Have yet to have a problem. Staff is also very quick to help.

I’ve relied on Animal House for my two kitties for over four years. Bringing in my new pup, I’m elated with the informative advice I’ve received, the manager going over and above to get me the products that will best support the newest addition to our home!! Lucky to have this place in our little town, grateful for all they do!!!!

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't leave zero. I've been here several times in a pinch and not once have I had even remotely a good experience. Worst pet store I've ever been to. Manager is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered and makes every trip into the store an awful experience. She will snap at and insult customers and I've witnessed hwr treating staff poorly repeatedly. The people that work for her are wonderful but I can't justify going in there and giving that awful woman my money. Not even too mention that their products are massively overpriced and many of them are low quality. If you have any pet other than a dog you're not going to be able to find what you need, the manager will most likely be unwilling to try to order it in for you. If you do find what you need you're going to pay an exorbitant amount for a product that will be dirty/broken or unsafe/unsuitable for your pet. There is absolutely nothing they can offer you that you're not better off ordering online or going out of town for.

Manager went above and beyond to assist with my kitty's anxiety. When her type of food was unavailable due to the floods, she had many helpful suggestions. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I needed to pick up something to remove dog pee stains and smells from my couch and the staff was super helpful and recommended a couple options. Muchly appreciated.

Very helpful staff and friendly to boot. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that they do not carry Blue Wilderness dog food which is the one that my dog does the best on. They do however have some healthy foods there and I will go back there when in need and in the area again.
