I agree with the other reviews about the teenagers who work here- very careless and unprofessional and the reason I would take away one star. However! The adults who were working, especially today around noon, are wonderful. They gave excellent customer service and were incredibly friendly. Specifically the lady at the cash, (I think she just showed up and was instantly whisked into the mayhem), and the man who served our food. Thank you both!

waited 30 minutes for a single fry! do not go here if you are expecting quality customer service. The lady (Cynthia i think) who gave me my food was miserable and very rude and forgot my fork. However i will give one star for the very friendly sweet young blonde girl with the glasses who made the experience a bit better

I was trying to complete a door dash order. When I got there the order wasn't ready. I waited in the drive thru (the dining room was closed) for 45 minutes. When I got the order, the order was not correct. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for one poutine. I lost my good rating on Doordash because of this. I am not happy at all! And the service from the worker was horrible. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

Very clean and well organized place, friendly staff . Went just before closing still they didn't rush or anything , Standard potions.More hours of operations would have been better , like closing around 10-11pm.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It shows when staff enjoy their job and that was the impression I got at this location. The woman at the counter was really friendly(she fist bumped my 2.5 year old which he thought was great), the store was very clean and our ice cream was delicious! Thank you for a great experience!

Slowest drive thru on the river. I have gone to this location 4 times and 4 times my order has been wrong when I get home: missing fries, burgers with the works when asking for only 1 condiment, missing gravy, no ketchup, the list goes on. I simply refuse to visit this particular location any more.

The amount of kids who are working here make this place seems more like a Dairy Daycare than a Dairy Queen. The service you get from children is not the same as adults who take pride on doing their jobs well. The adults on duty looked like they were working overtime to make sure the kids were doing their job. Saw kids hitting and touching each other and standing around not doing anything. I'll take the extra drive to Newcastle where the staff may be slow but at least do their job properly.
