We ordered chole bhature, Aloo Tikki, Aloo Paratha Mango lassi and Dosa. Mango lassi was mind blowing. Rest everything was average. Aloo paratha was good.

I heard a lot about this sweet shop and this was my first experience. I wanted a spongy rasgula but it looked like a regular rasgula dipped in sugar water. I could've given 0 stars but there was no option. Spongy rasgula is supposed to be soft and big but the rasgula I got was hard and regular size.ਊਚੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਤੇ ਫਿੱਕਾ ਪਕਵਾਨ.

I ordered chole bhature paneer wale and I didn’t see any stuffing inside the bhatura it has very very little stuffing it feels like normal bhatura. Now i regret instead of this i have to order the normal chole bhature. Because there is no difference and it has price difference as well it is higher the price than normal one. I just waste my money. And the quantity is very less. And they do not provide any cutlery with that even no napkins. It just ruin my day today. I will never order again from here. And thanks for giving this kind of service.

First time in and we tried a bunch of items:1. Milk Badam: 5/5 we thought it was delicious but just a bit pricey2. Cham Cham: 5/5 one of our highlights, melted in your mouth3. Malai Chaap: 4/5 little to much of the creamy topping, it tasted unbalanced4. Gulab Jamun: 4/5 moist and delicious6. Milk Cake: 4/5 our second highlight, could be a bit more moist7. Gachak: 4/5 tasted fresh, definitely recommend8. Rasgulla: 2/5 didn’t taste like traditional rasgulla9. Kalakand: 2/5 didn’t have any flavor but had a good texture10. Pav Bhaji: 3/5 ok…… probably wouldn’t order again11. Dhokla: 2/5 tasted off almost stale and not much flavorService was very slow, but the staff were nice:)Would recommend going (we will definitely be going back). The kind of place that will have some really good items and some not so good. Note they have a very large selection of foods.

Breakdown of Aggarwal Sweets - 4/5 OVERALL5/5 sweets - honestly steer away from the new, colourful, aesthetic stuff. The classics are really good tho!! Probably best in Surrey, maybe even top tier in lower mainland. Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun, Barfi, boondi ladoo, milk cake all are great, almost indian level good!!5/5 Gravies / sabji / paneer dishes ( mains )4/5 breads / roti / naan etc. Fresh if you ask for it, soft, good taste, not too thick.3/5 drinks - overpriced and too sweet but okay3/5 chai --- no masala, weak, disappointing! Please work on it! It's better than the last time, but still not great. Chai should stand on its own with NO sugar, if it needs sugar to be drinkable than IMO it is bad chai. There should be a masala mix of elaichi, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, anise, allspice mix etc.4/5 washrooms. Clean and presentable+ pretty! but toilet paper was missing lol, probably not everyday occurrence tho.4/5 premises. Comfortable and clean but the booths near the kitchen can hear everything. the paint job seems unfinished on back wall. Carpet clashes. Dollar store jugs and glasses. The ceiling and most walls are very well done, but there are definitely places that need work. Point is, that it's not very pretty in places lol, but it's not a big deal as long as it's clean for casual meals, personally I wouldn't have important meals or client meetings here, unless I booked the private room.5/5 service. I've always gotten good service here, fairly quick for food. Note that I really dislike the staff shirts, but that's honestly irrelevant unless you're considering business meetings.Recs: i like the paneer dishes, the pav bhaji, the veggie burger and the Malai chaap. My mom really likes the Raj kachori.I have eaten here multiple times, and they are staple in Surrey for a good reason. Overall a tried and true Indian restaurant. Not trendy, and the premises are simple and functional but the food is overall good, which at the end of the day is what matters! I do think that the level of quality they have makes the prices a little high, but for the most part it delivers.

Food was fine. Pav bhaji and poori chana were just Ok but less salt. Disappointed with Amritsari Kulcha. Badam milk was awesome. Rabdi Kulfi falooda was so great. Service was fast and decent.

It isn't that great honestly. The food looks tasty but isn't really. You'd see many people ordering chole bhature here. Aloo paratha was authentic Punjabi. Bhature only was well fried and tasted good. Chole could have been way, way better. Badam lassi is decent. Would try it once maybe. Ample of parking. Service was quick. Raj kachori can be skipped, it only looks.

I have visited this place many times with friends.. this is a very cool place to hangout with friends and family where you can get Indian snacks and sweets like authentic food not only sweet and snack items they have veg curries Chinese and breads like naan rotis as well which is really delicious and I have ordered this Agarwal’s gobi paratha and some other items to go as well it’s very delicious and moreover forgot to mention that it’s vegetarian restaurant no meat options are available.. the pricing seems very reasonable and it’s very busy place to give you heads up

The restaurant is spacious and has a good ambiance. And it's conveniently located inside Payal Business Center in Surrey. But the food and sweet quality is not top notch. Not bad, but could be better. I ordered Aloo paratha, Chhola masala, Raj kachori and Bundi laddu. I wanted to pack a pound of laddu but after tasting one I changed my mind as there is another sweet shop right inside the same complex serving excellent sweets. Service is slow. I kept waiting for long before I could get the attention of one of the servers to be seated. I saw many of them chit chatting among themselves and it was difficult to get their attention. There was no smile while serving.

A perfect destination to stop by and have food like home. Served with love and full of flavour. I highly recommend Saag with makki di roti, chole bhature and prathas. Each bite is enriched with flavour which makes you feel satisfied and filled. Masala chai, coffee and lassi are also the highlights for drinks. Affordable and clean restaurant. All the female servers are polite and helpful. I wish they were open till midnight.
