Pros:- Ken. 10/10. resourceful, creative problem solver, kind, helpful,- quiet when I went on a saturday afternoonCons:everything else.- the equipment is not in good repair- the walls look haphazardly or just not repaired in many places.- ken is only compensated via tips?- no carts/baskets to move thingsresult: 3/5 will do laundry here again because finding a laundromat in this city is a pain in the neck and Ken is a delight.

Was here today and Ken will take care of you. He moved my laundry to the dryer so I dont have to come back until its all done. He also changed my money to quarters. TIP HIM! Nice guy!

I adore using thus business to do my laundry when I can for both the affordability it offers & most IMPORTANTLY the customer service is amazing by this cute older gentleman who appears just a tad stuck in the hippy generation.

The laundromat is clean. There were no baskets to take wet clothes to the dryer we asked if we could have change and were told by the person running it that he has to be careful as he may run out of change so we couldn’t get the change we were asking for. Then we were bumped off the sorting table. We felt mistreated. Will not come back here again

Huge money laundering place.They have 3 drug dealers living above the laundry mat.They have the homless guy everyone knows that not only lives in the laundry mat, he deals. Face to face with the street people. Buddy who owns the laundry mat will never sink money into repairing any machine nor put new machines in. Buddy works his kamloops airport shuttle service van while living in his sky high mansion in aberdeen and only stops by the laundry mat to collect all the quarters out of the machines once a day and the cash in the back. You walk in once, you'll see for yourself everything here is true. This place is a dive and a half.

More than 1/2 the machines were out of order. The ones that presumably were working were FILTHY!! The back was loaded with bags of garbage and trash strewn around everywhere. No employee in sight. There were two ratty old couches in the back. I live in my rv full time, so I use laundromats all the time. I've never seen anything like this before! I went to this ine becaus eit best review, but I don't know how. Must be loaded with fake reviews! In the end I drove all the way accross town to another laundromat.

not overly impressed with the appearance and state of the laundromat. The change machine doesn't work and the guy in there is kinda creepy who just has to tell you everything about the washers and dryers, even though I politely told him I know how to operate said machines. the only thing that I felt was good was that he was there to give me change and that there were 2 washers and 2 dryers available so we can get our stuff done and out of there. won't be back again that's for sure.

Enjoyed doing my laundry at this laundromat, Ken is very helpful and nice.Its a lot nicer than the other laundromat here in town, definitely going to be my go to place.Thanks a lot, and its cheaper

after reading some of these reviews (Brad Buchner) for example I see some some negative comments on the laundry mat attendant Kenny. he has been trying his best to keep the laundry mat going. He keeps the undesirables out and try's his best to to keep the machines running. I don't know where this Brad came up with this story of Kenny dealing but it is completely unwarranted as Kenny is an honest and trust worthy guy. Me and my son have had him doing our laundry for over a year and a half and we have no issues. it is my opinion Kenny is the biggest draws as the facility could use some upkeep as many of the machines are non functional.

Do not recommend! The place is dirty, the machines have either been tampered with, damaged, don't work or take your money. Out of 14 washers 5 are functioning. Trust me on this one, stay clear!
