I would not recommend this groomer. 16 years of appointment every 6 to 8 weeks without an issue until last Saturday. After 5 hours for the pickup, my wheaton came home with a big neck injury. Two vet visits with antibiotics and antihistimine. The cut was shorter than I wanted with tuffs. Sent the owner pictures to let her know with no response. This one should have no star.

Carrie is AMAZING!! Took my 7 month old German Sheppard there for the first time ever grooming. My dog is VERY timid and when I picked her up, she was very mellow and happy! Carrie CARES about your dogs experience. 100% going back on a regular basis.Even got a pretty bow! Thank you Carrie!

This place is kind of sketchy looking. Booked in my dog for a grooming and didn’t feel comfortable leaving him there for his appointment. Asked if they could just cut his nails and when I got home I realized 2 of the nails were bleeding from being cut too short.

Update 2023: we no longer use Carries services. Our dog regularly returned with tufts of missed fur and uncut nails. It wasn't until one day I was dropping off the dog Carrie was not there, a tall gentleman came out of the back, eyes on his phone didn't say a word and reached for my dogs leash. I was dumbfounded and handed over the leash. I left feeling like I had just left my dog with a stranger. Luckily, everything worked out, but the interaction was odd, to say the least. Really, it came down to just not trusting that my dog was going to be taken care of and groomed well.Previous review: Online appointment booking and text reminders are super convenient. Have been lucky and even on short notice have been accommodated. Grooming is on par with our last groomer.

My dog has bad anxiety and needed her nails done. They took care of her no problem and she came home smelling and looking fresh!Would def recommend.

I love CK9Cuts! I take my dog for his toe nail trims regularly and it is clear every time how much Carrie truly cares about the pets in her care! She is always bright and happy.I love that I don't need to worry about an appointment for a nail trim either. The price is super reasonable and the job is well done!

First couple of times I took my pup there it was great but the last time in June 2022 it was awful. Something must have happened when they were cutting his nails as over a year later we are STILL not able to cut his nails. The only way we can get them done is to have him sedated. I reached out to them shortly after it happened just to find our what happened so I could (hopefully) try to fix it and they never responded to me.Since that last grooming appointment at Carries he became very scared of being brushed, nails etc. I just wish I knew what had happened as we are still dealing with the consequences of it.

Very happy with our dogs spa visit! They were very well cared for and loved being there. They look 1000x better than they did when they went in. Both my large dogs don't really like other dogs or their nails being cut, and carries did very good accommodating that. Will definitely be back! Thanks!!
