Arrived spot on time, well turned out and very thorough sweep of our flu collecting more soot than anyone else has in the past! An honest and straight talking approach which is a welcome change. Very conscious about customers property, 'sheeting up' from the front door, gave us some good advice about ongoing maintenance too. All in all highly delighted and will definitely be using again. 5 Star service!!

Ian came out at really short notice and did a fantastic job of cleaning and re-instating my fire. A total gentleman, very knowledgeable and explained everything, including safety precautions etc that I hadn't even considered. I will now be using Ian for my yearly sweep! Very competitively priced too. Surprisingly, can't wait for the cold weather so I can cosy up!

Ian was absolutely brilliant - he sent a camera up so we could see exactly what was going on and explained everything. He’s the only person we’ll let near our chimney from now on!

A great professional and polite service, we have had two visits by Ian now to sweep our chimney, he always leaves our cottage spotless and is very knowledgable. He was reassuring when I asked about our fire bricks, and is also able to replace these when required. Thoroughly recommend!
