The WHOLE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND ANTS

Single lift replacement takes more than a month. Poor customer service. Come on this is 21st century. They have to use latest equipments for renovation purposes. Always they take time to complete things. Most of the times, lifts are not working. Never recommend this apartment.

Terrible Management , greedy stubborn and their cleaning services are like a prison cell..! Terrible place to LIVE..!.!.!

I like the location, apartment itself is just fine, the new office employees are doing better jobs, but the company Homestead itself offers horrible service. Never get any jobs right. Been suffering for 2 years. They charged me for my last month's rent although it was already paid with the rent deposit, and it failed because I didn't have money in the bank account I exclusively use for rent payment, so I got charged $48 from the bank for the failed cheque. I am literally paying for something that is not my fault, but is clearly their fault.

A lot better now that the building is under new management. Staff is friendly, helpful, and anything you need done actually gets done.

Poor management. Poor cleaning service. Do not expect to fix an issue in your unit. Honestly, they do not care. Every month we have few days of not having hot water. The worst experience. I DO NOT recommend this building. Zero star if it was possible

Moved in with my family about 3 months ago so far I am not over impressed with Homestead company. Long story short I was in another country and got my wallet stolen. So I called the managers of my building and let them know I closed my bank account as my wallet was stolen but I will be back on the 28th in 2 1/2 weeks and I would bring a check for what ever I owe then. So I get home and bring them a certified check for 2 months of rent. While I am there I find out that Homestead is taking me to court. I ask them why I even called and told them I would be back and pay everything owed so they new I was going to pay I just could not do it from another country as all my stuff was stolen. Now they are telling me I have to pay $175 more so that I wont have to go to court over this when I just paid them everything I owed them. Not happy at all with this and wanted other people to know how they treat you in this apartment building before you go to rent from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Roaches, bed bugs and incompetent, negligent management. Save yourself the headache and avoid this property if you value your living standards.

Put a deposit down for an apartment via etransfer the money was taken right away. We ended up not getting the apartment and we cant seem to get our money back, almost 1,600$! Been emailing and calling and nothing. Put the deposit in on February the 17th. Very gross behavior.
