Excellent service by Rosette who knows her products very well and who really took the time to answer our needs. The selection of mattresses is also very good. What a difference with the Brick!

Amazing experience thanks to Rosette! She was very attentive and helped us choose the perfect mattress. We had no idea what kind of mattress we wanted, but Rosette guided us and took her time to make sure we were satisfied! It was a great experience!

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Queen bed. We met Madrik, a likeable, honest, sincere, patient and fully bi-lingual customer service rep at DV. I tried multiple beds and multiple brands. I settled upon the Kingsdown Duet Hewitt Mattress and am more than pleased.Normally, I am a light sleeper. However, due to the coils, etc., I sleep much more deeply. The result is fewer disruptions during the night and a better quality sleep. The first thing I said to my wife this morning was I am so happy with this bed.""

Rosette was amazing! Top notch customer service! She was very knowledgeable about every matress we had questions about and walked us through the process really well. Also kept us up to date with our matress arrival. Definitely would recomend to ask for her if you're looking for a new matress

They were so awesome and straight to the point. I was looking for a hard mattress and the rep showed me few options and made sure I got the weekend discount. Nobody tried to sell me weird or funny stuff.Now I sleep really well without waking up with a back pain.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
