I had problem with mice and rats, ProTech Pest Control came and took care of my issues. We live near a park and these pest are always around. They guarantee there work and are very good at it.We had a problem at our work and ProTech Pest Control came and took care all our pest problems. That's how I got in contact.Technician Bo, was very detailed and the thorough going thru every area and areas not mentioned to ensure you had the best outcome.Once the problem was handle we didn't notice anymore pest issues.Reliable, reasonable price and I would recommend them anytime as they perform a great job.Thank you for taken care off our situation.

We use this company on a yearly basis, every Spring. In the past we had an issue with sugar ants coming into the home and they cleared that problem. Although, we don’t have ants In the home any longer, we still have Protech come out every year for a preventative measure and they spray the perimeter of the house. They are reliable, on time, knowledgeable and priced right

I wanted to wait several months to post this review just to see how the treatment helped with our spider infestation. We had a terrible case of house spiders last year and I was in communication with Sabrina via email on and off for advice but just due to timing never had the opportunity to book a treatment in 2019. We finally got around to it this May as it was suggested we try to do a preventative spray to reduce the numbers. Our backyard faces into the forest so I knew we'd never be completely rid of the spiders. It got really bad around this time last year (mating season, ew) and so far we've only see a couple here and there and mostly just in our garage area instead of our living space. It went from seeing several of them a week to maybe 1-2,a month, if any!Sabrina was always professional and I never felt pressured to book anything. She offered helped without expectation. Her husband Bo was the technician and he was professional, very timely and did such a quality job when he was on site. It really seemed like he took his time to complete the work. We had a small mouse problem to around that time and Bo was able to find the entrance way they were using to get into the house and patched it up for us quickly. We haven't seen any mouse activity since so I think he got the right place! What a great local family business. I highly recommend this company and plan to work with them again in the future. Bo is wonderful! He helped us with our rat problem when one got in through our dryer vent. Gave us advice and set up the traps where activity was spotted in case there is another one in here. We felt much better after he left, knowing what to do, and how to help prevent any more issues. Highly Recommend Protech and will use them again.

Best pest control service in town! Bo is very courteous and professional, while Sabrina gives excellent customer service as well. We are very impressed and will be happy to hire them again if another need arises!

Bo was very personable and professional. We looked together for all the possible entry points and he sealed them all off right when he found them. He showed me how to look for signs of rat activity and follow those to entry points. I was so excited when he found two actual spots they had used and was able to seal them, and also many other possible sites they could use. He also set up traps indoors and outdoor bait stations. He took the time to answer all of my questions even when I kept coming up with new ones. He equipped me to do ongoing monitoring rather than set me up to rely on him for some “maintenance” package which may work for some people, but seems a cash-grab to me. Bo shared knowledge and set me up to manage things for the time being. I highly recommend Bo for all pest-related problems. I know if I ever have another issue I will call Bo first thing.Also, this is a nice little family business, so please give them a try. Bo’s wife Sabrina is also very knowledgeable and friendly and she runs the office and answers the phones. Great company. 5 stars.

I was annoyed by squirrels in my attic for a long time. Very impressed with Protech pest control's technical skills and customer service. The technician Bo is bilingual, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and standing in the customer's shoes. He provides me the most efficient and economical way to get rid of squirrels and make sure they will not travel back. Sabrina was the one who answered my call, she was nice, welcoming, and always keeping me updated about how the work goes. Reminding me of the scheduled date and own my issue from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended!!!

Pro-Tech is awesome . Bo the gentleman that owns the business does the work himself. I had a problem with a squirrel and he got it all sorted out and a few months later I called him again to help me out with some cluster flies on the outside of the house. Bo is super diligent , guarantees his work for 6 months and his customer service and quality of work is second to none. His prices are competitive with the other pest control companies out there . I would highly recommend Bo and Pro Tech to anyone looking to get pests sorted out.
