After purchassing a home with EcoTech air filtration in it we had no idea that it was still under warranty.We received a letter stating this and have had inspections since.They went above and beyond to let us know this when they really didn't have to. Justin's service and been top notch. Would highly recommend this company for their honesty and knowledge.

Locally run business, worth considering if you don't yet have air filtration (a must if you have pets or want to improve air quality, what with the smoke from wildfires in recent years).Pro: The technician, Justin, deserves 5* and makes up for the few annoyances caused by their marketing strategy and strict maintenance scheduling (the Con below).Con: With each yearly visit comes a list of other options to add, and some upsell pressure. I also bought a $190 washable furnace filter that while indeed saves a lot of one-use filters from the dump, also (according to my furnace maintenance company) reduces the flow of air through the furnace and makes the motor work harder.The COVID years seem to have impacted their business as well, and this year (2022) the office staff sounded a bit edgy, but they did call back a couple of times to address the misunderstanding.Background.I got a UV system from them a few years ago that is supposed to come with lifetime service. No idea how they can afford to offer that. With the recent install during my 2022 renovation of a HEPA Airwash filtering system, I may not keep the UV system, especially since that segment of the light spectrum tends to reduce the life of poly-B water pipes which our older basement has. I have contained the light in the furnace's return air duct with silver ducting tape, so that issue is likely solved for now, but the light bulbs have a rather short life, as their inner surface gets covered with use in a dark deposit that gradually reduces the light's effect of killing off airborne bacteria and viruses being circulated through the house by the furnace.

We’ve had our air filter unit for almost 7 years now. At first, we were hesitant about it but after summers of smoke, we don’t regret it. Even when the smoke was thickest, you walk into the house and have no idea that there was even smoke outside. We just did our regular maintenance check and Justin was great! He recommended a few ways to keep our unit performing at its best. Very friendly and courteous as well. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Justin when he came to my house to explain to us what EcoTech has to offer in the means of air filtration in the home. My partner and I have been talking about filtering the air in our home since we have dogs and kids. Justin was incredibly wonderful, he made both of us feel very comfortable and definitely peaked our interest about the product that he brought to show us.By the end of our chat with Justin we were very confident that the system was going to be the best decision for our home and furnace. We had the RPS whole home air system installed and are very happy.Keenan came early for the install and it only took him 20 minutes!! I was very impressed and he was so pleasant and very thorough and kind when he showed me the system.I could not be happier with the whole process. We have been with Ecotech for years. We love our system and notice an improvement in our sons asthma. Crystal calls me every year to set up service calls, which we find super helpful with a busy family of 6. Justin is also amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and takes the time to explain and answer any questions we may have. Thank you Ecotech for a great product and even better service!

Hubby found a scratch card. Thought we would check it out. The lady on the phone was quite clear on what to expect. The salesman was nice, respectful, and funny. They were selling a product that was above our price range. Around 5k. I think if they really want to make money, they should sell the small air purifiers that work for a single room as well. Honestly those things cost like $150-200. They could sell those as an alternative or addition to selling their 5K air purifier. Then maybe more people would buy from them cause a $150 machine might be more affordable than the 5K addition to the furnace. Just a thought. In the end we did get a coupon card.

We have had the eco-tech HEPA filter installed on our furnace sincy 2018, and what a difference it has made! There is very little dust in the house and all the impurities in the air are taken out. Echo Texans out a technician to service the furnace every year free of charge. Our latest tech was Justin, and he was excellent. He explained everything that has been going on and what we will need in the future. They are very reasonable they reasonable, honest and don’t sell you a bill of goods. I highly recommend this company if you want to keep the air in your home free of germs and dust. Definitely a 5+ star!

There is nothing I hate more than sketchy marketing practices. They sent a scratch card making it look like a winner but actually every card is a winner, and is just a trick to get into your house. when my husband called to claim the lady over the phone asked a bunch of questions unrelated to the prize. we then was given an appointment time and was provided with no additional information on what this is forAfter a 1 hour presentation at least there was no huge pressure to buy. unfortunately for us they wasted my time and my husband's time, that's one hour I'll never get back. the prize was a coupon card that looks useless. I'm actually afraid to use it since I don't know it will steal my personal information. this kind of false advertising should be banned.

My Husband and I are extremely cautious with any sales being done at our home. Not only was Alex amazing at explaining the system to us, he was very personable. We could not be happier with our experience with Alex. Now to Justin with our installation, not only was he polite and educated with product info. He intertained my three children, when they bombarded him with talking among other things. He was respectful and amazing. Thank you to Crystal for all her assistance with me over the phone, you were amazing. We already fell we are breathing better, and my furnace has never ran better. We are so grateful, thank you eco tech for improving our lives and health, we have never felt safer in our home.

I have had their HEPA filter system for my hvac for over a year now and as someone with allergies I have to say this has been fantastic. Justin recently came to service the system and showed me how much it has filtered out of the system and showed me everything he was doing. The system itself has helped reduce my allergies which in turn helped my asthma. Their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
