The horrible man wearing glasses kicked out a sweet very nice child for no reason. I hope his car breaks down in the rain and while walking home a pack of deer steal his wallet

Be careful buying chewing tobacco. I was sold a can of old chew. Very dry and pretty much useless. I think I was overcharged as well. Check the date on the can!

Terrible experience. Will never go back. Asked Eric....if that's even his real name....to speak to the manager and he even REFUSED!!! So effing rude!!!! He needs customer service training!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Avoid !! Avoid !!Poor service - Old guy there literally telling me to buy cheap cigars just because I’m young ( he assumed that I don’t know anything about cigars ) and according to him young ppl buy 5$ - 10$ cheap cigars.He was rushing to select cheap cigars whereas i was there for my go to stick.Prices are 3X than all other shops in the lower mainland. When I asked why prices are 3X he said other shops sell fake cigars. Lol

The owner is not knowledgeable about any of his products. To top it off they sell their products for three times the amount as their competitors. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to delta new stand! It is 15 min away from this horrible store and you won’t be disappointed..These cigars in the picture Sheffield and sons sells for $15 and up.Don’t shop here go to competitors.8047 120 St #170, Delta, BC V4C 6P7

I was looking for an uncommon brand of cigar they did not carry, however the guy working was helpful and wanted to make sure I left with something I was satisfied with. I ended up changing my mind and buying something else, very nice man tho.
