My husband and I have used this Clinic several times for different issues and we have always had excellent care. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and mindful of our well-being. Service is on time and to the point. Nevertheless, the recommended follow up exercises are a must to obtain full recovery and relief from pain.

Can't say enough good things about this clinic! The staff are extremely professional, compassionate and time efficient from the minute you walk in the door to the moment you leave. They listen to your needs, and work with you to deal with your issue at hand in the most effective manner. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

The physiotherapist that I had physio with was very careful and gentle while helping me to regain movement with my shoulder. I was given detailed information for exercises at home after the therapist explained and had me do them to ensure I was comfortable doing them. I have gained a lot of movement back since going there for my post surgery recovery.I felt very safe there as they adhered to the covid distancing and safe rules.The people in the front office were friendly and helpful.

I recommend pt Health Cornwall Physiotherapy to anyone who needs it. I personally had physiotherapist Zacharie Bergeron and one of their assistant Michele Clement. They were both very knowledgeable. They gave me different therapies such as acupuncture, ultrasound and exercise which helped me recover from a concussion and knee sprain. The secretarial staff are very friendly and helpful. I have gone to Cornwall Physiotherapy for two separate injuries. I am very pleased with the whole organization. From the counter women making sure my appointments are set up in advance to the therapist in the back. I don't remember the young lady that worked on my shoulder the last time but she was fantastic. Zachary has been my therapist this time Nd he always works with me as what me knee can tolerate. I had a MVA Oct 19, 2020 and have a very angry inflamed MCL. Zachary understands the injury and has not once said anything about my weight or age. I works at my pace so as not to cause more pain. I have lower back issues and was recently referred for physio. Cornwall Physiotherapy was able to get me in very quickly. My therapist was Amanda. She was very helpful, quickly figuring out what kind if patient I am (I like to know what we're, why we're doing it, what I can do to help myself, and to have help figuring out *just* how to do those things to the best of my abilities) and giving me exactly what I needed. Her energy and optimism were greatly appreciated at a time when I'm working hard to keep a positive outlook!
