Mindbody Wellness Centre
Mindbody Wellness has amazing, friendly staff and offers a calm and relaxing space. I have been going to Angel (RMT) for massage therapy and she addresses my needs and concerns each time I visit. I definitely have seen improvement in the pain I am experiencing. She gives helpful tips such as stretches and exercises to help alleviate my problem areas. I feel so much better after her massages and from doing her recommended exercises. I highly recommend Angel & Mindbody Wellness!

Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Anne has done an amazing job helping me with my shoulder issues! One thing to note is that they really push to do direct billing to your insurance so if you'd prefer to claim on your own like I did, best to state this before your appointment.

Sonia is amazing as an acupuncturist! I’ve been going back to her for at least 6 months now. Ann is also a great masseuse. I always feel wonderful after. The vibe is amazing here- friendly, clean, quiet. Receptionists are always ready to check you in. I love that there’s parking right outside so no need to walk into another building to find it.

An overall great experience! I have been going to Mindbody Wellness Centre for over a year now. The staff are friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. They fully explain their services and pricing upfront. Prices are very reasonable. Massages leave you feeling relaxed and relieved of pain. I highly recommend the Centre and will continue to be a customer.

Mindbody Wellness Centre
This is my second time for a massage with Angel and as usual, I left very satisfied. She's very detailed and really takes her time to provide you the service you deserve. She's also warm and very pleasant during the entire session. You will feel like she really wants to take away all your body aches.

Mindbody Wellness Centre
My experience with Mindbody Wellness Centre was a positive one! The reception was warm and welcoming upon entering the clinic. My RMT, Angel P. was knowledgeable and explained thoroughly of the treatment I was about to receive, and the techniques she would be using. My 60min deep tissue massage session was wonderful, and enjoyable. My body needed it and I came out of the session feeling physically less tired and sore. Would definitely go back again to see Angel P.

Had Angel as my massage therapist. She made me feel so relaxed and I could immediately tell she had perfected her craft. One of the best massages I ever had . I felt so relaxed afterwards . 10/10

I had several excellent sessions with Anne over a month. I've noticed improvements every time I had a follow-up appointment. Shirley is also amazing as well and very knowledgeable. The clinic is also very new and relaxing. The plants are great as well! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Anne as a RMT! As a new mom, I was desperate for a message to release tension from the stresses of adjusting to parenthood and constantly hunching over to feed and tend to baby. I decided to try out MWC because of its proximity to home and I am so glad I did! Anne is a commensurate professional in her field. She listened to my concerns, created a relaxing environment for me to escape 45 mins, and gave me the best massage that addressed my concerns. She also gave me some exercises to do between sessions, which I appreciated very much so. I will definitely be a regular with Anne moving forward!

Mindbody Wellness Centre
I have had an excellent experience with Maggie this afternoon. She helped me in identifying my tension areas as well as assisted me in teaching some exercises to relieve the tension in my shoulders and arms. I highly recommend Maggie, great job done by her.
