CertaPro Painters of the Okanagan

We used Certapro to have our common area and common bath painted in our condo. We were given recommendations for colors when asked for them which was great. The pricing was good, the work was great, the painters were very friendly and accommodating, they cleaned up very well once finished. After the job was done, we had someone call us to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend this company to friends and family

Our communications with the CertaPro office was clear and the scheduling was perfect.The crew of two painters showed up on time everyday. They were polite, quiet, professional and efficient. They completed the painting of our entire house upstairs and down ahead of schedule and did a superb job.I would highly recommend CertaPro for any painting projects.

CertaPro arrived as scheduled and their work on the exterior of our entire home was completed without any issue. They came back as promised to complete some touch up work from the original job.

HIGHLY recommend this company! By far the most professional business in the Okanagan. We had the entire exterior of our house painted which was a massive undertaking. Everyone from the initial estimator to the crew of painters was a pleasure to deal with. We did have a cost overrun due to an extra coat that had to be added, but that was partially due to the colour we picked, couldn't be avoided. The icing on the cake was the completion of the job. We had a garage panel that needed replacement and couldn't be painted originally. THEY contacted us months later (after we repaired the door) to schedule the final touch up. No chasing / hounding that you normally have to do with Okanagan businesses. We would 100% recommend this company for any painting needs, a real pleasure to deal with.

The two employees from CertaPro Painters that came to our home to paint the exterior were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up every day before leaving, did a thorough job painting our trim and siding with two coats of paint. They were very curtious and kept us notified of when they would return each day and their estimated time of completion was correct. We would certainly use their services again.

The entire process from getting an estimate to paint the entire interior from Tyson to scheduling the job to do the actual work from Amber to having Mike and his crew complete the work was such an easy process to deal with. Mike and his crew did an amazing job of getting the job done quickly and transforming the place. Would definitely recommend CertaPro.

We had our exterior fences and gazebo painted. Certapro responded quickly to our enquiry via BBB. We received a fair quote. Although we did have to wait a couple of months in the queue once on site they were thorough and professional. The work enhanced our outdoor space.Would definitely use them again.
