Food is always delicious but this time the chicken was burnt! Also our server seems to be in a really bad mood.

The server was unkind. She did not greet us, instead just walked up to us an rudely demanded “vaccine passport”. Then seated us without a word. I had the laksa soup, and it was good but a little under flavoured.While I was there, we also saw a sick person come in to order take-out (coughing, lost her voice, could only whisper) She ordered at the counter and was seated at a table while she waited for her food. The server did not wipe the table after the sick person left.

Made an order for pickup and the price for a red curry on the basil leaf website for Kane road was $13.50 and coconut rice was $2.00. When I went to pick up my order I was informed the actual price was $17.95 for the curry and $2.50 for the rice and there was no compensation for the mistake. The food is good but the customer service is poor.

I’ve been here at least 10 times now, and it is consistently very good. Dishes are heartier with fresh veggies, much more so compared to the competition. Reasonable amount of meat. Decent prices. And great service. Highly recommended!

I don't think I've ever eaten in, but when I pick up supper, they are my go-to, their Red Curry Chicken is the bomb!! They never skimp on the chicken or the veggies, and it is always fresh... when you're craving a great red coconut curry, they will not disappoint.

Group of 4 dining in had each plate brought out different times, no big deal but 2 of the chicken were 1/2 cooked. The two meals redone came back different times but one with the fried egg was now 1/2 cooked and slimy. They gave 10% off but we felt over priced for what we got and not that great of food

Kinda disappointed... Got pho and pork rolls. The one roll wasn't even properly rolled and is completely open with everything falling out. For the price, not impressed on rolls. Soup was tasty.

The food is really good. The broth is flavorful and the quality is good. But in my last few experiences the service was horrible. There was only one server, and they couldn't keep up with all of the customers. If you come here expect a long wait for good food.
