Metro Plus Beaconsfield

Very well organized and clean store. Location is amazing. Customer service is good, employees have knowledge about the items. Nice collection of bakery products(feel it’s bit expensive) and fruit plates.Lots of parking spot and location is surrounded by many other services (bank, coffee etc.) but must say it is not my first choice for groceries because of prices test all good!

I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to. This Metro normally has very friendly and polite staff. Tonight (Monday April 24) at 9:50-ish I brought my items to the cash and there was a young brunette girl and a tall blonde boy working the cash. As she was scanning my items she was making extremely rude comments about the food I was purchasing to her coworker, calling it disgusting and making faces. She was grabbing our bread and broccoli and shoving it in the male workers face as he was bagging our items. This was the most immature and uncomfortable thing I’d ever witnessed at a grocery store. I never had anyone play with my food at an establishment. Loudly flirting, playing with my food, and being incredibly rude for attention at work… I’m honestly shocked. Please speak to your staff about basic respect.Edit: When I got home, the saran wrap packaged chicken was placed upside down near the bottom of the bag, on top of sharper packaging. There was raw chicken juice everywhere. The boy bagging the items must have been distracted with all the fun they were having. Never coming back.

I really enjoy shopping at Metro Beaconsfield. They have good quality produce, excellent fish, deli, and meat departments, daily fresh bread, baked goods galore, ready to go meals, fresh salads, wonderful cheese, and even a beautiful floral section... just to name a few! The store is also very clean, and well organized. Best of all, the staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and always provide top notch service. If you shop at this wonderful grocery store, you will not be disappointed!

The freshness of their vegetables has improved generallly, plus they run a good sushi bar, deli, butchery and bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful too

Meat department is full of old soggy cuts.Cash registers are all unoccupied.None of the employees are helpful.Employees smoke at the door.Floors and shelves are dirty.Prices are outrageous, and at best reflect a store that is clean, has helpful employees, and a decent stock, not the current poor state of the store.

Expensive but overall food is fresh! Well presented! Easy to find! Service is usually pretty fast!
