I recently bought a truck from Danny at Tilbury Chrysler and I can’t thank him enough! He went above and beyond. From picking me up at the airport at 8pm on a Friday night to getting me a nice hotel room for the night, and then picking me up again the next morning to go get the truck, Danny made the whole experience super quick, easy, and fun!

We had a great experience working with Danny. He is very personable and made the trading/buying process very easy. He got us top dollar for our trade in and worked with us to negotiate a great deal for our Pacifica. We had a slight issue with the touch screen freezing just a day after purchasing the van and Danny was quick to ask for a video, run down to service & get our van in for repair. There was no rental vehicles available while our van was being serviced so Danny sent out his truck for us to use, so we didn't go without a vehicle - I have never heard of a salesman doing this. He had an employee drop the truck off to us, take our van to the shop and then return our van with a full tank of gas once service was complete - how amazing?!?!He sent several texts checking in, after the sale was done, to ensure we were happy and enjoying van life - again, never had a salesperson go above and beyond after the deal was done.We have dealt with other chrysler dealerships in the past and will never shop around anywhere else, again. Tilbury Chrysler, Danny, Donna & Nicole have far exceeded our expectations for this buying process.

Great service, from start to finish! Our family was looking for a van, to help grow towards our own upcoming personal goals. After dealing with online predators who gave you one option at a time trying to close the sale with the first option provided, decided to go the old-fashioned way and go to the Dealership. We seen our van online and booked a test ride. We fell in love on that test drive and named her before we even got back to lot. Excellent service from Danny!! I’ve been to a few other dealers in the last 2 months and Danny was able to give me top dollar for my trade in. He was very professional, courteous, super friendly and made my buying experience stress free. He made sure to take care of any concerns I had before taking possession of my truck. Helped me set up phone/connections before I left the lot. Very detail oriented. Although I have other dealerships close to me, he’s made me feel comfortable and welcome enough to make the drive to Tilbury worth it for any upcoming maintenance services.

Tilbury Chrysler is amazing! Was dealing another local Chrysler dealership and running into issues and Tilbury stepped up and helped my family and I out in a huge way and took a stressful situation and made it an exciting situation.
