Very appreciative of the excellent customer service from this team! Had a great initial consultation and install of new window coverings in a short-term rental suite. However, when I ran into some issues with the product used in the first install, they were willing to listen and ended up replacing my blinds to a more durable solution. Thank you for making me a very happy customer, Tyler, and thank you to Kevin for the installs! Would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

The service and professionalism received from making the appointment with Darci to having Kendra come out to discuss our options of blinds and to place the order for us to having Clint and Kevin install the blinds for us was a seamless and pleasurable experience. After one meeting they remembered my name & my dogs name! Absolutely the best service and we love the product!! The installer even helped me fix my doorknob! Definitely above and beyond!

Kendra was knowledgable and helpful, when we placed the order for the blinds. When the order was installed, one of the blind control wands was defective, and the item had to be reordered. Not enough with that, after a few weeks of use another blind could not be rolled up any more without causing damage. Even though such an experience is frustrating, we can only emphasize that this company will do their best to get the problems corrected: the owner of the company came to check out the defect, and re-ordering was done in a timely fashion. The installation was done, and the installed product exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the team!

Professional, courteous, and honest when it came to answering questions on blinds and installation.They were on price, and ahead of proposed schedule. Installation was efficient and clean. No mess or clean-up to do after they were complete. My wife and I would recommend Budget Blinds in Kelowna to anybody who is looking to add new, or replace their existing blinds.

Great from consult with to install. Very helpful for getting us the right blinds as we did not have anything specific in mind but Naomi got us to the right choice and they look great. We have bought from budget blinds before and had an issue with one blind, Naomi was wonderful as she reminded me about the warranty policy and we got a replacement without any cost. Install guy Shane was great too. Very good communication all long the purchase and install schedule process.

This is our second home in which Budget Blinds has assisted us with all our window needs. Tyler from Budget Blinds of Kelowna did a small job for myself in my previous home (Bathroom blind + Back Entrance Door). I had a couple of things I was not happy with and Tyler fixed everything to my liking! The job was so small that I am sure that the company made very little profit if any, but things were looked after to my satisfaction!When I purchased my new home Budget Blinds was the company doing the job for my entire house hands down! Tyler came out to the house and measured everything and advised what colours he thought I should go with to compliment the surroundings in my home. Tyler absolutely NAILED IT!!!! the colours matched beautifully and the blinds fit exactly! Tyler had recommended a battery operated blind for my Sun Roof in the Kitchen area, since being installed the heat that was coming in through the Summer has been eliminated + eliminating heat loss through the Winter months! The Blind has been operational for 7 months and the batteries have not been replaced once + the blind has been operational @ 100% the entire time! 2 other power operated blinds (Re-Chargeable - No charge has been needed as of yet) they were installed on 2 small windows that are also working AWESOME!!! When the blinds were installed in the house Tyler wanted to be on scene with his installation crew to make sure everything was to my satisfaction - which it was 100% plus!!! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Kelowna, Tyler and his entire team!

Budget Blinds did an outstanding customer service and installation ! Communication between their office through to installation was excellent. Will recommend them any time :-) Naomi, Donna and Karen are awesome communicators. The installer did a great job as well - took him less than 1 hour to do 5 large windows - great job Budget Blinds !
