The team that works at this Van location is very friendly. But hands down... best advising experience ever with Charles Kim: professional, so polite and humble, but knowledgeable. He also admits what he does not know... no sugar coating an answer. (Even though I am very, very sad that air conditioning cannot be added to my old little Echo). At least after coming out of the car wash...it looks" so shiny and new!"

I got my Corolla serviced here today.The service was fast, on time and polite. My customer service rep was Charles Kim who did a fantastic job at walking me through the process and keeping me updated.I would trust my car here and with Charles again.

When my Princess" arrives at the doorsteps

First time visit to check on car electronics issues within the warranty period from the date of purchase. Vincent discussed the details of the problem and the repair to be done. I paid $199.59 for the diagnostic test which I contested since it’s covered by warranty but the staff says ‘It’s their rule’.2nd visit was the car service day. I am told it will take 3 hours wait. Vincent issued $15 taxi vouchers for me to pick up the car at the agreed time which I appreciate. Went back to Toyota after 3 hours. But still waited patiently. I send in the car with an appointment at 10:15 A.M. but the car was released after 5 hours. Finally, the service was completed and the car was released at 3:00 PM. It was disappointing to wait extra hours, spending the day for the car service. It would have been nice if the service staff finds time to walk me through for the service that was done.

I Lost a tiny but critical part while doing work on my vehicle. They didn’t have exactly what I needed but they gave me one that was close enough to do the job at no charge. Even offered their service bay so I could install it! Above and beyond excellent service. These guys are awesome. Thanks!

Regency Toyota is one of the best Toyota services establishments I have ever been to, largely in part to my working with Charles every time I come in. He not only is a pleasure to talk with, but truly advises you on what to prioritize in your vehicles maintenance and what can wait till next time. Customer experience is not linked to companies, but to people and I am grateful Charles has provided a great experience for me and my vehicle. I look forward to working with him again!

I've been getting my Rav4 serviced here for 3+ years now and the service is top notch. You're greeted immediately upon arriving, your service request is processed quickly, you're given an accurate ETA to service completion and you're given frequent updates throughout the service if its lengthy. Service reps take the time to walk you through everything being done to your car along with a full cost breakdown when its all done.

Such a great Service with a very organized , clean and quick service . Very polite and responsive staff , especially by the front-desk representatives Ryaz and Pham. I have been dealing with Toyota maintenance team for more than 20 years in Dubai and and Saudi Arabia and Europe, but I haven’t felt welcomed and unappreciated for choosing Toyota car. I wish managers in this branch feel the real good impression that I had when I left and this is the real service that other cars brand should take as a wonderful example in cars service. If I can add 7 stars to my review I will definitely do that. Thank Toyota from the depth of my heart for such care and warm feelings you made. :)
