It was my first time blueberry picking and I'm glad that my friends chose Didar Berry Farm. The owners are very nice and their berry farm is beautiful! Even if you don't have a car you can get there easily by transit. The price is great along with quality.

The place was well organized, a porto pottie was made available behind the farm and most importantly the owners / staff were very friendly. I would definitely say this farm was bigger and better than the richmond ones. Would come back again. Remember to bring a cold drink with you to the picking area so you dont get dehydrated

Didar Berry Farm
This is a working blueberry farm that also allows U-Pick. The parking lot is relatively small and can probably accommodate 20 vehicles if people park properly. Otherwise, U-Pick is great since you can spread out with the many rows of blueberry bushes. There is a minimum 5lb per person for U-Pick. Quality of berry is really good. Owner is really friendly too.

It is a really good place for blueberries picking. The farm is large and beautiful. The lady is nice and friendly. The blueberries are big and fresh. The price is $2/lb which is very reasonable compared to a lot other u-pick farms in Richmond area. They offer free bucket for customers to borrow. I went on a Monday afternoon so there weren't many people. I had a really good experience here and will for sure come back.

Didar Berry Farm
The place provides you a free bucket that holds around 10 pounds of berries when full. Parking lot is decent sized and free. The berries are $2 per pound and any containers you need from them to take the berries home are a dollar per box. The staff here are very friendly and the crop of blueberries are very good. Don't let the size deceive you as even the smaller" ones are very firm and sweet."

This is my second year buying berries at Didar. I have to drive quite a distance from my home to get there, and it's worth it! The berries are big, ripe, flavourful and beautiful. Best of all, out of 60 pounds I had just one teaspoon of green berries to discard. So every single pound I bought is 100% usable.Did I mention the people working/selling the berries? Helpful and delightful.

Blueberries are $2/lb. Depending on which routes are open, you may need to walk a long way to the end of the field for blueberry u-picks. There are only about 30 parking spaces so it’s less busy than the other one on the opposite side of road. We went there a bit too early (mid July) so the blueberries are not quite ripe yet. August may be a better time for blueberry U-pick.

We visit Didar every July. Easy access location. Friendly owner. Big farm. Spend a morning with families. Really enjoyed.
