A great place to work,respect for all;

Went there for a meeting and met the security person Kavi, he was so helpful and understanding. I wish companies have more employees like him who care about their job and commitment towards their work.

Tough to connect to Wi-Fi in the lobby, otherwise clean building with plenty of fast elevators.

Park Place is a building from the 1980s that has withstood the test of time. The use of different types of materials such as pink granite and copper color glass windows contrasts with many of the all-glass facades in buildings that were erected a few years later. This cuts into the somewhat oppressive monotony of blue and or greenish glass that now characterizes several Vancouver neighborhoods.

Good looking building in the heart of Vancouver business district. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. There is a subway station across street. Impressive entrance and lobby.

My company currently leases here, but have started a new lease in a different building. We weren't able to end the lease early, and haven't found a sub yet.Recently, we went in to check on things and we're surprised to find that the Quadreal employees have decided to turn it into their break room & storage facility.We decided to hold some client meetings in that office this week and had a couple Quadreal employees walk in unannounced. When asked, one of them said they were 'checking to make sure the light bulbs were the right colour'. Unbelievable.Nice building, but the management is unbelievably unprofessional.

Great cafes in this area as well as restaurants.
