They never anwer the phone when we call to get an update, and never called us back after we left many messages. They took off the stabilizing fin and didn't put it back on, so we called many times and finally they picked up and said that they have fin. Also they never apologized for their mistake and they have terrible communication.

We picked up our boat about 8 at night or was dark. Was told the key was in the ignition. Next morning went to make sure the boat was clean and there was no key. Have left dozen of call and still no answer.

Called and asked if he had filters for my 4.3 TKS he did! I left money for them on the counter and took them! I don't think he called the cops. Thanks Glen.
