First day experience with Emmy Pang is already horrible.It is very sad and depressing that she seems not capable handling things.1. She sent a message at noon, wanted to come to the house 2pm with hundreds of messages of nonsense. Her qualifications and way of handle issues in question.2. She seems representing the landlord but rejected to provide any authorization or details of her company's legal name and address after being requested 3 4 times.ABC realty seems just a business name, not their legal entity name! And their website doesn't even have a legal address either which is dodgy.3. She works for money, not fairness and justice4. SHE HAS NO COMMUNICATION skills5. She doesn't seem know how to read inspection reports. The house has severe mold issues but she thinks it is okay. Is she really licensed property manager?6. She doesn’t have good problem solving abilities but made things worse…Don't hire her and this company!

Emmy helped us a lot before, during and after our tenancy. She knows what she does and leaves no room for confusion. She is a genuine person who is helpful and solution-oriented. Highly recommended!

The worst realtor ever! She charges cleaning fees that are not even indicated in the contract, and she even threatens the tenants that she can kick them out at any time. Also, she holds my deposit for a very long time after I move out, meanwhile, she finds different reasons to try to deduct the deposit. In the end, I even find a lawyer to get legal advice to solve the issue with her. She also refuse to repair anything even the window and lied that supposed to be the tenants' responsibility. Lots of her behaviors are improper. She didn't send notice before she came to the apartment. Didn't reply to phone calls or texts. Didn't do the move out check. Communicating with her was a nightmare.

Horrible Realtor. At first she communicated well then things changed after her principle decided to back out of the rental. She made us purchase tenant insurance and send the money for the deposit. On the day we were to take possession and pick up key she told us the landlord didn't want to sign. The reason was discriminatory and under handed. Time and money was wasted and after confronting her she stopped taking our calls. Rude ! Will be reporting to BBB and Real Estate Board. Emmy don't bother responding with a snippy response you were totally in the wrong and as well the people you represented. I've seen your replies to the negative reviews and all I can say is stay away from this Company.
