Meridian Credit Union

This financial institution is quickly becoming the worst. Closes at 5 most days now. No more friendly service. I used to walk out of there with a smile just like they had in their commercials. Not so anymore! Awful dealing with them.

Failure to respond. Not competative pricing. Very disappointed in service. Expected more from a Credit Union.

Great service...Jamie is excellent and very professional. We have dealt with banks in the past but Meridian is excellent !!

14 months into the pandemic they have closed their cash processing services to save costs while pretending it is due to COVID. This doesn’t work for my essential farming business that needs to work Mon-Fri and bank on Saturday. Using a pandemic as an excuse to save staffing costs and cut services is unacceptable. At least be truthful about it. This is bank that is supposed to cater to small business and that means offering flexible services including weekends. Service at this branch has felt more and more corporate since moving to their new location. It is clear that after 10 years of banking with them that I will have to find another bank to deal with.
