I've been coming here for the past few years (since ~2020; shortly after COVID started, if I recall correctly). Very professional and patient team that takes care of cleaning and fillings. Environment is very relaxing. Every time I come here, I know I'll be well taken care of.

Excellent dental works, nice environment, and the dentists and staffs are super friendly, patiently and responsible. Normally, I get easy to panic when it comes to dental visit, but this time was calm. I am highly recommend this dental office.

Best dental experience I’ve had! Dr Edward Cheng and the rest of the staff at Dr Joyce Wu Burnaby are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they explain each process and procedure thoroughly and check in after my appointments to make sure I don’t have any pain or discomfort. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Dr. Camillia Chan is excellent and takes care of me/husband's teeth. She's helped me with multiple cavities and even a crown. She's got small little hands - good for someone who can't open their mouth for long (TMJ like me). She listens to your concerns and is caring. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, caring, and professional dentist. Jenny (dental hygienist) is also wonderful. Suzy (front desk) is quick to respond and wonderful as well. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

Best place to solve your dental issues! My friend recommended here to me for my wisdom teeth, all the staff including front desk ladies, dentist and the assistants were so helpful with the whole process. They even did after-surgery follow ups besides appointment reminders so you won’t get lost before and after the appointment. I’ll write two five star reviews if I have two accounts lol.

Had a past tooth filling fell off in a molar. No pain, no inflammation nor gum swelling when the dentist did the tests. But she still refused to do re-filling and suggested root canal most probably needed to be done based on the X-ray. Kept saying that she did not want to do the root cannal too if it was not necessary. Estimated fee together with the crown to be over $2.7K. Finally had the filling done in another dentist and cost only $300!

My best experience at a dental office. I switched to this place because it was affiliated with my student benefits and closer to home, and I wasn't expecting much but the staff has been so friendly. They made sure to check often if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort and explained procedures carefully to make sure I understand. They even remember me despite the time gap between cleanings.

Dr. Ed Cheng has been our family dentist for the last several years. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very patient. He is not aggressive in his treatment plans (unlike other dentists) and does not recommend intrusive treatment options unless it is absolutely necessary. He is a compassionate doctor who cares about his patients’ health.

Visiting from out of town, and chipped a tooth. Dr. Chan saw me immediately. The facilities were very clean. The staff very helpful. Dr. Chan gave me sound advice. Pricing was very fair. Thank-you.

The staffs are awesome. They are very friendly and they spend time with me to explain the treatments. The environment is very nice. The equipment are very new and they are doing very good on the sterilizing. They set up after I sat down that i never have experience. Dentists are very professional.
