Kristy is amazing!!!!! She was nothing short of an absolute joy to work with when planning our wedding cake and a coordinating birthday cake we were hoping to include at our wedding. Kristy's cakes were hands-down the tastiest of the cakes we sampled during the planning process - moist, flavourful and light. She was so excited to work with our vision and was always responsive, helpful and so incredibly kind. The wedding cake and birthday cake were stunning and beyond our wildest dreams. Her talent is incredible! The cakes were such a huge hit at our wedding that one guest took 5 pieces home hahaha. We will be reaching out to Kristy again in the future for any special occasions cakes we need.

Kristi has made my wedding cake, baptism desserts, birthday treats… you name it. I have been a client for a few years now and am wowed every single time. My favourite flavour is the lemon cake with coconut frosting. I keep coming back to her for all of my special events because she is absolutely outstanding. All of my desserts are consistently delicious and fresh and I always receive TONS of compliments every single time. I almost don’t want to give her contact out to friends and family as it would make her more busy than she already is lol!!! But I have referred her and they have been told me they are just as happy! Thank you Kristi so much for making my events extra special. I will continue to come back! :)

Hi everyone,I ordered a red velvet (with vanilla) wedding cake for my sister's big day. I got Kristy's contact from one of her previous happy customers (my coworker).I have not ordered any wedding cakes before so I had lots of questions and was confused with what size to order. Kristy answered all of my questions very nicely and never sounded rude in any of our conversations. She was quick with her email replies. End point - the customer service is great!Also, the price is very reasonable. The taste was amazing. I usually do not get a red velvet for myself as I don't like it much, but kristy's was delicious. Even the guests came up to tell me about how much they liked the cake.I send kristy a picture of a wedding cake that my sister wanted and the cake I got was exactly the same. Kristy is amazing. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and gorgeous cakes that taste as good as they look. Kristy has made cakes for us on two occasions now, and we can't wait to use her services again. Her dropping off and setting up the cake makes it a seemless and stress free process. She's the best!

Fantastic Wedding Cake, it was a total hit and tasted fabulous. Kristy's dedication to perfection is evident from the finished product. We loved the simplicity of the semi-naked cake and finished with the roses and gypsophila, it was everything we had envisioned it to be.Kristy was very helpful as our date had to be moved three times due to the pandemic. She also offered a delivery and set up service which was a complete bonus as it was one less thing to worry about on the day.If we ever need a cake for another occasion, this is the lady we will call! Highly recommend 10/10!

Kristy made our wedding cake in November and it was a hit! I absolutely loved the unique flavours, we were able to do 3 different flavours and she nailed the design I envisioned. It went so well with our theme, and she was accommodating the whole way. Thank you Kristy!

I had the opportunity to try a cake of hers at a family's birthday party & I knew when my son turned 16, I wanted Kristy to make his cake. She was prompt on answering my email & taking my order. There were a few things that I wanted that would've increased the cost of the cake & Kristy offered some suggestions, that not only kept the cost at a reasonable price but inhanced the look of it!I loved that she communicated with me before making a decision & made sure the cake was exactly how I in visioned it.Payment options were quick & easy also. On delivery day I was so excited to see the cake! And did she every come through! The cake was put together EXACTLY how I wanted it! It was a HUGE HIT at our get together, getting so many compliments & it tasted as good as it looked!!My youngest will be 13 this year & I know where I'll be getting his cake from!!!!

What can I say about This Chick Makes Cakes other than I am in awe! 2 years ago my sister in law had my baby shower cake made by Kristy. She gave her the invitation for inspiration and Kristy did not disappoint. The cake was adorable and delicious. When my son turned one, I knew I could turn to Kristy to create the most perfect Lumberjack themed cake. Cookies and cream with vanilla buttercream, it was a hit! When it was time to commission our wedding cake my husband and I had no question we had to see what Kristy could create. She worked hard creating sketches of our dream cake, making sure every detail was covered. She was incredibly professional making sure to send a proper contract for this important undertaking. She definitely put my mind at ease. Our cake was perfect, the layer we served was devoured without a single slice left. I will definitely be working with Kristy again!
