Please beware before using Chris as a home inspector! Chris was very personable and very kind during our home inspection but unfortunately several things were missed, large crucial problems that were not disclosed to us. We have attempted to contact Chris on several occasions and got a defensive response back rather than a constructive one. When told that home inspectors can’t be tearing walls apart we completely understood. What we did not understand is the old wiring that was visible to Chris while he was up in the attic but yet failed to disclose to us. Additionally, we have recently found out our whole foundation is leaking, which in retrospect was very easy to note if a “professional” looked at it but unfortunately we didn’t have the knowledge to know what we were looking at and thus trusted a “professional”. Please think twice before using his services!

I had Chris do 2 pre purchase home inspections for me recently, while searching for a new home in the valley. I would definitely choose him for future inspections, as he was incredible to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, communicative at every step, and his reports are fantastic. He also goes above and beyond, when able.
