Today my card did not work at the pump so I went to see the cashier. Shocked by the rude so what do you want" greeting I tried to explain the problem but she had no interest. After 20 years of purchasing fuel here it is time to move on. There is a Shell station close to work that my company uses

This location has lost me for life and I will never come back to get gas here. Stay away from pump 2 some thing is wrong with the debit card on it. I told the fellow in side there is a issue with the pump he just brushed it off like it was noting they need to be serviced. I put my card in give my info then my points card then get a error stop go inside then told in side just have to select your grade and pick up the noizle and I already did that after approved o got the error. I try it again same issue just left and went to shell at least there they take care of the pumps.

Worst Customer Service - Last time was the first time, I interacted with employee there. Story starts from fuelling , I saw that there is an offer if i fill up my tank - 25L minimum, i will be able to purchase “Fuel Tank Cleaner” for half price. So i did it, and went inside to get It , but they told me that they don’t know how they can apply offer discount on checkout screen. At last she told me that This offer is only if we pay inside before fuelling…

Waited and waited for her to turn on the pump. Was already paid for at the pump. When I went in to ask her to turn it on..she said one moment please and canceled the it. I was so annoyed I left.

I needed gas. The lights were on. I pulled up, and the lights went out. I walk up to the door, try it, its locked. The douche inside (manager, owner, whatever) looks at me then looks away. About five minutes later he walks to the opposite corner of the room from the door I was standing at. He walks back over and through the closed locked door tells me we're closed." I respond with "your lights were on when I pulled up" "The safe is already locked and we are leaving" If you would have told me to go away as soon as I walked up to the door instead of letting me stand outside in -35'C like a goddamn fool for so long

Literally every single thing I have bought here for 10 years has either been broken in the packaging or broke not even a week later. This is the worst Canadian Tire because of this. A TV, humidifier, hockey equipment... these are just a few things. Very poor quality control.

The Auto department were very efficient, friendly, and accommodating. They only gave me advice on what needed repairing as oppose to the laundry list of things that you can get that need repairs" at other places. I would return for my vehicle repair needs."

I like CT gar bars in general but the lady that has been working the till the last few times i’ve gone to this location has been rude and dismissive. She makes no effort to say anything to me and just shoved the debit machine my way when I pull out my card.
