I meant to call Pete's plumbing, who has always been reliable and fair priced.Didn't realize until after the fact that I had made a mistake and called this company.And what a mistake it was. They got us in the next day which was the only real bonus. The guys who came were friendly but very unorganized, and one of them was definitely not a licenced plumber and the other was teaching him as he went, I can understand that as i work in the trades as well. But i dont charge my customers for the extra time it takes when im training someone. It took them and hour and a half to do the job, after they had to leave for supplies. Which they should have had in my opinion. They knew what the job was and it was pretty standard. I was billed for 3 hours because they had to come and go twice, apparently you pay for their extra time even though being unorganized is on them..Anyway, what should have been a less than $200 job was billed out at just under $400. Will not be calling his company again

Got an Air Conditioner installed and they did awesome, I am verry happy with the quality of the install, the only reason I put a 4 star instead of 5 is they didn't let me know when there tech was sick and not coming on the day they said so I was waiting for them to come and never did, Other then that, I am verry happy with this company.

The people that showed up arrived quickly and werevery professional. He explained where my problem was coming from and gave me a couple options of how to fix it. I also liked that they had a lady plumber.

I have dealt with these guys in the past and they were great. I called them back a second time, and the experience was quite different. I was charged 4 hours labour for a job that took less than an hour, they replaced one small part that was easily accessible and had only 3 screws to remove. I wasn't given a quote or an estimate, just did an hour job and charged me for 4 hours . Other plumbers in town are much cheaper and quoted me an hour for the same job. Nice people but I can't recommend them based on what they charge.

We used Peters Plumbing for a large basement renovation last year. I wish I would have went with my gut and waited a little longer for a company with a good reputation. This project was unorganized and unprofessional, and in the end, the plumbing is working" but sloppy at best. They left rust stain marks on my brand new tile because of laziness. They send random people who aren't plumbers that don't know what they are doing. Then after not paying a very reasonable amount of the invoice that we agreed on and making it clear that after the way they left the project and for the frustration in delays to our other contractors we would call it even
