Bonny's Taxi Ltd

Bonny's Taxi is quite easily one of the worst taxi services in the Greater Vancouver area.Here's a list of what I've encountered;-Their drivers are rude, arrogant, and care very little for their passengers.-They frequently speed and blow past stop signs and through red lights without even slowing down. I've also seen them attempt to illegally pass buses or slower traffic by driving in the oncoming lane. I've almost been hit on three occasions.-They can sometimes take an hour or more to show up after you're told they will arrive in 20-30 minutes. There are times where they won't show up at all.-They will get lost" on the way to your destination

my name is michelle and for the past years i am a regular cab customer. i would like to share my experience today which is may 31. i called a cab at around 12ish to pick up my food from this two places were i ordered them. cab driver arrived and when i told him that theres two places that i have to go to pick up my food he said its very busy and we dont take people for shopping... i told him im not going for shopping im picking up my food because i cant drive at this time.. i had some alcoholic drinks with friends and cab is the safest alternative for me..he keeps on saying his point versus my point and thats the time that i told him that listen i am not supposed to argue with you im a paying customer and if only i can drive right now i wouldnt bother to call a cab..and he just keep bitching out in english but unforttunately because of his indian accent i could not understand him.. i am not being a racist or something but i am just extremely upset with the attitudes of bonnys taxi drivers.. they are lacking of people skills.. when a customer is upset instead of them saying im sorry they will also show up an attitude regardless of who is in the car (i am with blake mcgrath a canadian celebrity when i hop in the cab)... most of my friends are celebrities and when they are visting me at my hme we always require a cab because when we were drunk we cannot drive anymore..i was wondering why your drivers are like this? do you think its time for them to get a life skills people skills coaching? they are very rude and very ungentleman

It's strange seeing all these poor reviews. I've used Bonny's a few times and have always had fantastic experiences. The person on the phone has always been courteous, the drivers have all been polite, arrived promptly, and gotten me to my destination with no problems at all. I called them on Christmas Eve asking for a taxi to come to my place at 6am the next morning and by 6:05 we were on our way.No hassle at all. I've found the service to be nothing but reliable!

Not only do their drivers not have any concern about public safety, they are also incredibly rude. Last week one of these incapable, ruthless drivers (unit B129) passed me at a high rate of speed in a playground zone with children near by. When I honked at him to make him aware of the children, he gave me 'the finger' out the driver's side window. He then proceeded running a Stop sign without even slowing down, still within the playground zone. Never get a ride from this company!!!!

If I could give this cab company a negative star rating I would. After returning from a red-eye flight, took cab #33 back home and unfortunately left my cell phone in the cab. I called the dispatcher within 5 minutes of getting out of the cab, and he called the driver who searched the cab and found no phone. Apparently iPhone 5's vanish mysteriously after being left in cabs. The dispatcher was very rude, and when I stated that I would file police report stating that my phone had been stolen, he replied with the police will not do anything

I have gotten saddled with a Bonnie's Taxi four times now, and I have had 3 negative experiences. Next time I call the dispatch, I will request anything-but-Bonny's. The first time I used them, the driver gave me a flat rate" to the airport

I would give this company 0stars if I could. Will never use them again! Cab driver got lost 5 times on a trip about 3km in distance at 5:30am where there was barely any traffic, even while using a gps and me telling him where to go. By the end I was yelling at him as he drove past 3 exits that could have taken me where I wanted to go, yet he never listened and kept driving landing us on the highway. Finally got turned around in the right direction and I literally told him every single turn and direction to go well ahead and made sure he took each turn, and he still didn't listen to the last turn and got lost again! I left 30 minutes to get to my destination (less than 3km away) and I got there with 1 minute to make my connecting bus to the ferry, sprinting as I jumped out of the cab just making it as the bus was pulling out, and had to pay over 30$! Totally rediculous

We are regular customer of bonny's taxi. Some of the driver's are great some are not. But what really disappointing experience we had is that one driver over charged the tip for $70 but our ride just cost $8. He said he had a mistake and we need to contact their office for a refund. I have been contacting their office for 3 weeks and they respond that they will send the cheque. Until now we have not receive from them.

Best taxi company I have ever used. I travel quite a bit for work and use taxi's all over North America...they are at the top of the league.When I call they always recognize my name, number and address. They are always on time and almost always early and waiting for me outside.The drivers are very courteous and usually friendly. The cars are immaculate.I only use Bonny's when I am home and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Taxi B 131 was stopped at a red light at Austin Road and Gatineau Place in Burnaby and decided that he was too important to wait for the light to turn green so he went through the intersection while it was still red. Not only is this highly unprofessional it is dangerous. He could have hit a pedestrian or another vehicle. Also his licence plate was obscured by his taxi/airport plates so if he did get in an accident it would be harder for witnesses to identify the vehicle involved.I don't take taxis very often but will avoid Bonny's based on what I saw and the other reviews on here.This company needs to pull its head out of its collective asses!
