Cartier Square Apartments

Don't know why other ratings are 5 stars. My biggest regret & waste of money was living in this building. Nina, the building manager is miserable.... she will do anything she can to take money from you - examples being 'misplacing your rent cheques' and fining you, issuing city parking tickets for a parking spot you pay for, and losing money on 'broken laundry cards' you've already loaded money into. All of this, plus other miserable experiences happened in my 12 months here. Wish I could give this building 0 stars. The great location is not worth the $$ it will cost you to live here.

Besides freezing in the winter even though you pay for heat through rent, walls between apartments are made of papier mache. Zero soundproof. You can hear your neighbour talk, laugh, sneeze,, cough, clear throat like if they are besides you. Not fun when it's in the middle of the night. Way too expensive a place for all this.

Sam sam is wrong. I have no idea what drives a person to lie like that. The walls are so thick that I yell while gaming and haven't received any noise complaints or issues from neighbors. I've never even heard my neighbors through the walls. The apartment stays 21c the entire winter. Not many downsides to this apartment.
