I phoned here looking for some radio equipment for work. I was helped by Cheryl, and she was wonderful to deal with. Not only did she respond with a quote quickly, she ordered a part overnight then packaged my order and had it delivered to my hotel! I would definitely use them again when upgrading my road radio. Went to Ralcomm with my new Bell iPhone because I couldn't access my old phone. They sold me a $20 SIM card and the entire very gracious with their time and knowledge to help me get my new phone up and running even though I didn't buy my phone there and was not using a Telus phone. Highly recommend. The staff is awesome!

We have recently utilized Brittany in assessing our phone systems. After review of all of our communication systems she was able to set up with a system that lowered our costs by $4000.00 yearly and gave us a more efficient system. I would definitely recommend Brittany to other business to review.

Fantastic service!! After trying fruitlessly to get a mobile wifi unit from another Telus store, Jessica had me in and out with my unit in hand in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely amazeballs. There is a reason why I come here time and time again.

It was time to renew my contract with Bell and I was having issues with their customer service, so I decided to give Communications 2000 a try and they offered me a much better deal. I went over my data by a lot the first month and they were very friendly and helpful to resolve it. They even gave me a partial refund! Very knowledgeable staff that will go out of your way for you. Great company.

May 9, 2023: I was locked out of my phone; left my phone with 2 friendly employees (Ralcomm in Leduc) in the front, and was called an hour later that my phone had been unlocked (without a password) and could come and pick it up! They went above and beyond the call of duty to help with a near impossible fix. About 90% of my data, contacts and photos were saved!! Thank you so much!! Muchly appreciated! Eileen

Ralcomm - I want to thank everyone at the Leduc location who has given us nothing but fantastic service every time we have come through their doors.This past week I was in a position that I needed a new channel programmed into a radio in my vehicle and into 2 handhelds. Not so much a problem to get done BUT I needed it ASAP as we needed to meet an oversized load within the hour.They not only got me in right away but they had me back on the road in under 20 minutes! So the husband left town this morning in a hurry and forgot his radio, calls me from the road asking if I can find somewhere for him to pick one up in a hurry and with Google's help I sent him to Ralcomm in Nisku. Best decision ever, he just called me back to ask me to give them a 5 star review. They had exactly what he needed, got him all set up and back on the road in about 15 minutes (and with a deal too!). His exact words were helpful, friendly and competent (that's not a word he throws around lightly, by the way). Here's the 5 stars, Thanks for helping him out!
