Ines Di Santo

Ines Di Santo created the perfect dress for me! Catherine assisted me from the beginning and was fabulous. They stayed within my budget, and created a dress that was unique for me. Specifically, the bust the the dress had to be completely re-created. Straps were added for support, and lace details added. The team was determined to get it PERFECT and it was! I highly recommend. A lovely experience!

I fully believe that Ines Di Santo designed this dress for me personally (even though we've never met :P ). Every detail was perfect, the fitting process was seamless and this dress truly did choose me. Thank you to Ines and her team for making the perfect dress for me on the best day of my life.

I don't really have a good experience with Ines Di Santo. I am looking for a sweetheart, off shoulder with A line dress in stores. However, it seems only a limited option in store. ( Even I feel the kind of dress I am looking for should be fairly common). I even asked some of the dresses availability online, however, either the dress is sold out, or it is not in store ( the consultant did not say anything like they will ship the dress to the store for me to try on). Beside of limited availability, I tried on 5 to 6 dress within 40 minutes! The consultant(I did not get her name) seems to be disinterested. Most of the dress I tried are unzipped and not pinned. Even without trying with the veil. When I asked for the veil, she just grab the plain veil in the dressing room to me.My friends have really good experience here, and that's the reason I come, and I really do want to find a dress for my wedding. However, this kind of customer service in a boutique wedding store makes me really disappointed.

We couldn't have asked for a more special place, designer and consultant. I found my dream dress, and Catherine made my day SO special. A day me and my family will always remember.Thank you Catherine, and Ines Di Santo team! This is such an important aspect of wedding planning, and you really make this process so easy-going and fun! I had an incredible experience shopping at Ines di Santo for my dream wedding dress. I visited many other boutiques in the GTA and was not impressed with the customer service whatsoever. However, from the minute I walked in to Ines di Santo to the minute I said yes at my (3rd) appointment, Elizabeth and Beata were so warm, kind, supportive, honest, and not pushy at all. I was never rushed or pressured to make a decision, and the entire experience was magical and stress free. Elizabeth and Beata both took the time to listen to my preferences and non-negotiables, and worked with me to find the perfect dress for my big day. They were so knowledgable regarding the dress designs, in addition to the features and small details (that I would never have even thought of) that would make a difference to ensure I felt the most comfortable on my wedding day. I truly felt as if they were just another girlfriend shopping with me for my dress. They made the process seamless and enjoyable from the start... which says a lot as I have never been someone who looked forward to wedding dress shopping.The dresses at Ines are incomparable to others. As I mentioned, I tried on a quite a few dresses and nothing compared to the quality and feeling of Ines di Santo dresses. They are lightweight, not itchy, are made with the highest quality fabrics, and have the best fit. It is clear that every stitch of Ines dresses are made with care, precision, and the Ines Bride in mind.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at the Ines boutique specifically to take advantage of the wonderful team there.... even though Ines dresses may be available at other boutiques, the expertise that these ladies have regarding their product is invaluable. Elizabeth and Beata made my experience even more special, and I am positive that they will continue to provide exceptional service to many other brides in the future!

I said yes to my dress here!! Super nice boutique. Staff are very helpful and nice, very clean space, great variety of dresses, big fitting room among other great things. Ask for Georgia or Elizabeth they are great!

Hands down consistently creates the most beautiful wedding dresses I have ever seen. Everything about Ines Di Santo is inspiring, from the designs, to the back story of an incredible designer who is running this brand alongside her daughter. I fell in love with her dresses from the first day I started looking for my dream gown, and fell even more in love the more I learned more about the designer. I am ordering the dress of my absolute dreams, and every other dress I've tried on that's Ines has been an absolute masterpiece. I can't say enough good things and the words don't do this designer justice. I travelled from the West Coast in Canada to go to the flagship store in Toronto with my mom. The staff were so incredibly attentive and lovely and to be surrounded by Ines was a real treat. In love with this designer. In love with my dress.

Shopping for my wedding dress at Ines Di Santo was an absolute dream. Catherine is an incredibly warm, caring, compassionate and detail oriented person. Her service, and all around positive demeanour made every visit an absolute delight. She was patient, accommodating and so helpful in her direction and approach. She made every request, no matter how small or far beyond the scope of her responsibilities possible. After seeing and trying on several dresses we finally decided to do something custom and combine elements from different pieces in the showroom. After two date changes, my dress was perfectly fitted and exactly what I had envisioned.Thank you to everyone at Ines Di Santo!
