Clarendon Hotel

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Vieux Québec. Room was an adequate size for three, quiet (even though it was near the elevator), and the bathroom was huge! Only thing was, with all the room, they could have made the shower a bit bigger. Beds were very comfortable. The self-service check-in kiosk was very helpful.

This hotel really saved our butts today, we needed a room in the morning and after calling around to about 20 hotels. They swooped in for the rescue! The service on the phone was excellent and got us in right away.I would totally come back to this hotel again. It’s chic vibes had both a modern and old charm to it. The bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Very centrally located and had a really cute restaurant at the bottom of the hotel. Very photographable and vibes!

If you are staying in the Old City, the location is perfect... it's steps away from the Governor's Promenade, and in the heart of the old city, surrounded by restaurants/bars/shops. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping is great, and bonus: valet parking, which is absolutely necessary in this part of town.

Wow, just wow! This place is truly a 4-star! Rooms we had is a superior 2 queens and is wide enough with a high ceiling and a large window. Bathroom is iconic! A modern, plush and spacious one! See my pics. Housecleaning service is superb! We requested for a room clean and next thing we know, looks like we checked again into a new room. Bravo! Hotel is located at the center. Walking distance to everything! They do have a valet parking cad $30 per night. They also have a restaurant on the lobby. Concierge speaks english, accomodating and helpful. There is this man who works on nights, i forgot his name but he is knowledgeable of the area and tries to help my baby who is having low grade fever by looking at the first aid box.

A great hotel in a super location.This hotel has a lovely history to it. All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful to me.The room was comfortable except for the oddly uncomfortable sitting chair.Highly recommend. Ask for a room that looks over the park.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four days in October 2022. Excellent location and the room itself was a good size with a lot of windows (as it was a corner room) We enjoyed a hearty breakfast at their restaurant too.Just one suggestion- the rooms need a thorough, deep cleaning sometimes.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Friendly staff, nice large clean room with a comfortable bed. A view of Old Quebec that was amazing. And you couldn’t beat the location. So close to EVERYTHING!!! Please come stay here!
