Ranee Management

I live in 165 Barrington Ave. and recently someone did break into my pickup truck and stole around 2k worth of construction tools. They also broke the tonneau cover and this happened right in front of the security camera. This also had happened at least 5-6 times to the other tenants as well and nobody is doing anything about it. Instead of hiring a security guy, they prefer telling me ''do not leave anything important in your car'' so I should carry all those heavy tools to home with me everyday after work? And take it back to the car at 6am in the morning? Why do we pay for the parking spot then? Unbelievable!

Shut this company down. They don't do any justice. They are horrible. They don't maintain the properties up to date. The rooms are falling apart and take months for them to come in and repair it. But here's the funny thing. They expect you to leave you to leave your apartment for a few days. What a damn joke then couple weeks later same problem happens. It's a never ending cycle. They are very corrupted

I am a tenant of a building managed by Ranee Management on Barrington Ave. I have an issue with noises coming from the neighbour above me I need to mention the noises are not only during the day but also at the night. Several times I have woke up in the middle of the night and the property manager called me and told me he can't help me and he wishes me luck to solve my problem. This how is dealing the management with tenants' problem

This is an awful rental company and I highly recommend not renting from them. First off, not only are their apartments small and out of date, but they are overpriced. If you are moving to Toronto, I highly recommend going through a licensed realtor to rent a property. You will easily find something in the same price range that is newer, bigger, and includes more amenities.Secondly, when you move out, they will send a payment to collections without contacting you first. I moved out two years ago and I was recently contacted saying that I did not pay a months rent. This rental company is horrible and honestly does not even deserve one star (I wish there was a 0 star option). They clearly do not understand what customer service means.Please take my advice and contact a licensed realtor rather than renting through this management company or another one. I paid $1600 per month for a “junior” one bedroom through this company. I am know paying $1800 a month for a 1 bedroom plus den, parking place, and locker. Not to mention, our new building is 7 years old (not 50) and we have a pool, gym and rooftop area in our new building.

3000 Victoria Park Ave Manager Rosa is very Racist and insulting.Doesn’t pick up the phone, doesn’t help with lease, rooms aren’t clean either.When I came to visit she said rooms are open you can go upstairs on room and have a look by yourself. Hopeless management.

Move away from this.. All they care is their money, building is destroyed and they dot even fix it, they do the minimum to keep you living, if you have a problem they will give you a workaround instead of really fix the problem. We have problems on our corridor, sink, bath some and other tenants. all they do is the minimum to keep us here. I would strongly recommend to you find a better building managed by any other company to live.

We have mice, insects problem for months and they could not solve the problem and they don’t want to let us leave either. They evict the people who can’t pay their rents due to COVID but they don’t let us leave because we paid our rents every month. But we can’t live in this rathole! Make yourself a favor and don’t rent any units from this management.

I live at one of the buildings these people manage and just last Thursday July 28 2022 I paid them over 3200 for rent and today August 2 2022 I get a notice from my bank saying Ranee Management just took over 1600 out of my bank account when they should nor have since I paid them over 3200 for rent the following week., been trying to contact them ans all I keep getting is answering machines no one has called back and I have left messages, the super here is no help either. This company has just put my bank account into over draft for the second time in two months and I'm the one who has to pay my bank the over draft fees not them.

They do not care about you and your family's property at all. In essence, all they see is this $$$ on your forehead! yeah! just pay us our rent and live in bad management. with all the cockroaches flying around from the elevators to the hallways and in your home ofcourse, my family still compensates this management. However on one Friday ago, probably 2-3weeks now, our Amazon package was stolen right from our front-door and there is literally a security camera pointing at our door because we are the last door closest to the camera before you can enter the staircase which brings you downstairs. So we ask the super to show us the video camera in order for us to see exactly who what and why they did it? They gave us the run around for 3 days and finally replied that these things happen all the time
