I had an inspection done at Dunn and they did an excellent job! Took me right on time and I was finished in 30 minutes! The person at the desk was very nice and efficient!! great experience!

The guys are great!! Been going their for years. Never steer us wrong. New tire came quickly. The 1 thing they didn't do, and I was surprised, was they didn't fill my other tires. So my new tire has higher pressure than the rest

The staff and workmanship is great at Dunn. But I learned something that really disturbed me and questioned all my previous experiences. I learned that it’s Dunns policy to replace the rotors every time they replace the pads.. whether they need to or not. It’s the only way they will guarantee their work. So who cares if the pads are under warranty and I save $100 if I have to spend $300 for the rotors…. Very deceiving!!!From now on I’ll stick to just tires…

Dropped my truck off around 11:30am for a flat tire. Asked if they could squeeze me in for an inspection too. He said they were busy but would try. They didn’t close until 6pm and I told them I could leave the truck as long as they needed. Got a call less than an hour later that my tire was done. They did not inspect the truck. Picked up the truck and realized after I was halfway home that they never reset the TPMS after fixing the tire because all the warning bells are going off, so now I’ll have to go back again and waste time when they could have done it right in the first place. Lastly, they tried to charge me for the tire when I have the road hazard program that I paid for when I originally purchased tires through them, so the tire should have been free of charge. When I mentioned this, they said they’d look in to it with the manager. Surprise, no charge! Not impressed this time!

Haven't been to the Depew location in years. Had a leaky tire, so drove in without an appointment. Busy phone yet the customer service rep was able to maintain my place in line. Left the vehicle and received prompt call a couple hours later when the problem was solved. When I arrived to pick up my vehivle, the second customer service rep handled the incoming calls and my place in line as well.

Brought my husband’s car in for a flat repair & replacing the TPS sensor. My husband told me it was the right front, only to find out after the job was done that he made a mistake & it was the left front sensor that needed replacing. The guys at the shop replaced the other sensor at no charge. Really nice group of guys there.

Great customer service and fast. Got 4 new tires, an alignment, ball-joint, headlight, and oil change done. All done in 4 1/2 hrs. They did a great job.
