Stefanie has been my doctor as long as I can remember and she is lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. Noticed a (noncancerous) sun spot on my mom while taking her breath and took immediate action to get it checked out.

Dr. Scott Wright has been my doctor for many years and I consider him to be an excellent doctor in all respects. The staff is professional and capable too!

She actually listens to anything you have to say and always has time to answer any questions without rushing you out the door. She takes her job quite seriously and is a very great doctor in my opinion from first hand experience.

Dr Scott wrote a letter for my ex's affidavit claiming he did not believe she was using drugs when she in fact had been. Never bothered to follow up with any type of proof to back up his opinion. He also falsely diagnosed her in the past and prescribed her drugs she did not need, but abused instead. Poor judgment.

Was a patient of Doctor Stephanie for many years. She doesn't believe in having your tubes tied or any type of uterine ammendments unless you've already had several kids or you're older. I think this is wrong and morally offensive for a doctor to do, especially when a man can have his testes clipped without question, he won't be berated or told no by a doctor. If you're a woman? You're challenged. She was the worst offender of all the doctors I met for this, which was the worst for me because I knew her for so long and trusted her so much. Bottom line? Her personal feelings interfere with her work.

Rosie is an incompetent nurse who needs to learn to keep her mouth shut when dealing with people of ethnic backgrounds. Dr Scott basically just writes off any patient and calls it a day.

I've been a patient of Dr. Scott for many years. He's very knowledgeable, and always has the answer to my questions, and most importantly he helps me maintain good health.

Doctor Scott has been my doctor since 2000 (since the day I arrived in Canada). He is an awesome doctor and was always pleasant to deal with (up until recently). Rosy was his nurse and she was also very good and pleasing person to talk to. But since Rosy has retired and the new receptionist has been hired, things have taken a u-turn. The attitude of the doctor is not the same anymore, possibly because he has too much on his plate since Rosy left or because the patients are having very hard time dealing with his receptionist. .I strongly believe that a big part of the reason is the new receptionist. The receptionist does not know even the ABC of customer service, She is rude and has no sense of empathy. Knowing she is working in a health care, thats the least thats expected out of her. On top of that she is very unprofessional, as well passes incorrect information related to your files. I really miss the old Doctor Scott greeting his patients with smile, empathy and care. He is not the same anymore. Please change your receptionist and hire someone with proper health care background, so at least he/she knows how to deal with people already suffering from some kind of health issues.
