I had a great experience here. I was looking to get new case for my phones. We went to several different stores and at the end of the day we find ourselves at this store. I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at Artist phone. The sales guy , Muzaffar, went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones case of our choice and and the plan that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. He is just an awesome and understanding guy. I'm happy with what I paid for.

Not event worth one star. Extremely bad service. Could not repair my screen and offered me another Samsung, but that one could not bear the roaming of my chip. Mohamed proposed an iPhone. I did not like it at all! So I send it back next morning, but the policy of Artist phone is NO RETURN. Mohamed did not say it but wrote it very small (hard to see it) on his business card. No good service at all, DON'T GO THERE, Mohamed is gonna cheat you.
