From our initial conversation via text I could already see that Edwin was a true professional. He is an efficient and polite communicator: promptly returning messages, asking questions for clarification of the work requested and providing feedback on what products I should consider purchasing (dimmer switches and light fixtures).The quote provided was reasonable and he arrived on time for the job. He was able to complete the job in the time allotted. We had 20 minutes to spare on the clock and in that time he fixed my curtain rod bracket that I mentioned I was going fix later. Amazing! Most tradesmen would just take off. You can tell that Edwin cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. He is also very personable and was patient with any (possibly dumb) question I had. Great service and a very pleasant experience from start to finish!
