Limited in parking, I recall there was six parking spots and one of them is for handicap. Restroom doors are unique and fashioned after their patented Tim red. In store service is friendly and quick.

0 stars.Purchased 2 iced coffees and 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. The simplest order.Not only after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru (which was unreasonable given that one one was inside and that only 2 cars were ahead of me), they made the coffee with no sweetner, burnt the bagels, and added no cream cheese. Further, THE OTHER BAGEL HAD A WHOLE INSECT BURNT INTO IT. Tim Hortons as a brand is not it anymore, but this location specifically shouldn’t exist.

Somehow they always mess up the order, this morning was no exception. The woman even asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a combo with hashbrowns and then she didn't pack them. Because of how frequent this happens I wouldn't be surprised if the workers are doing this and pocketing the money for themselves.

Below par customer service. This was the second time the staff messed up the order. Stores like this bring down the Tim Hortons standard. Could do a lot better.

Don’t order anything from this store,it’s just a waste of money.I’m currently sitting here and the coffee is just hot water and food is below average

Friendly staff. My issue was the food. The potato wedges were cold, dry and old. They had no flavour to them, they clearly were sitting there a long time. Probaby the worse wedges I have ever gotten from Tim Hortons. The M&M dream cookie was overcooked and hard, it had a burnt flavour to it. It also had barley any filling. So disappointing.

Can't even make a friggin buttered bagel right. Absolutely disgusting. I should have taken a picture. Absolute no care in the world to give customers good edible food, coffee is terrible too. Never ever going here again. I will go to Starbucks before I order another meal from here again

I asked for help today from the manager, and a special request. The team immediately accommodated to make sure I was satisfied. The lady at the from was very kind in making sure my order was right and everyone smiled which was nice and was very polite; please and thank you. They all made the day great!
