Ordered the new chicken tenders with Lays BBQ Chips great flavor but doughy, and I asked if it had the original batter on it as well and to which the cashier said yes. Well people it does not have the original batter on it unless whomever cooked it did it wrong!!!

Chicken was old and was soaked in oil. Didn’t even want to touch it, all small old chicken severed to people. Hope they treat their customers better than this!!

If I could give a zero I would. I placed my order through the app…set a delayed delivery time…the order arrived almost an hour earlier and was missing items! Tried calling the 1-866 number that appeared on my confirmation email and they just kept transferring me to a store that doesn’t answer their phone! I will NEVER order from this location again and to be honest this has put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know how soon I will return to any KFC

Wanted to order a bucket of hot and spicy and they said it takes 24 hours to make it. Biggest lie ever as I used to work at kfc and it did not need a special marinade. Anytime you want something that’s limited time they’re too lazy to make it. Why even serve it if you’re not going to do it. Taking my business to Popeyes, at least they provide what they offer. I hate this location so much, close down if you’re incompetent

I ordered take out and called to make sure the spicy y sauce is in the side and of course it wasn’t when Uber eats delivered it. Also the food was cold and stale.

I ordered a big crunch and it was so small. I had to laugh because it is kids sized but they call it Big Crunch.... why does KFC chicken keep getting smaller and smaller?

It’s saying it’s open from outside I checked it’s closed. I don’t know if KFC franchise know they closed Sunday and Monday or it’s just me. even a days before i was in drive thru a guy who works there didn’t serve me it’s was around 8 pm. Saying we are closed a days. This place need to be look after. Not coming here anymore

Pregnancy craving, not fulfilled. Very disappointed and my husband even asked for extra crispy and the popcorn chicken was so pale. The original chicken had barely any breading on it. Soggy fries. I remember this being so much better before. 3 small pieces and 1 normal size in the meal for 2 deal. Should of been more even.

I asked the young man at the till to please make sure our almost $100.00 order was correct and complete. He promised me it was. We got home only to discover that they omitted our large macaroni salad and dipping sauces. We went back to the store and he apologized but didn't try to make amends which is so wrong. We may have to start going to Mary Brown's or Popeye's.
